Given its location to the University of Sydney, it's a handy place for students to stock up on supplies. I offered to come back the next day, but he said he could get the prints finished. He printed them in a few minutes - 2 up on an A5 sheet with my crop marks on them. I don't know about you but when I order an A5 print I expect it to be trimmed to A5 size?! He then said I had to draw the crop marks on properly if I wanted them trimmed.. err.. so I did, I came around the counter and drew the crop marks and he trimmed them. However, in trimming them he left marks all over one print. I paid almost $25 for three A5 prints, one with marks on them, and no plastic sleeve or packaging was given for me to put them into something while I walked back to the office, all with rude, horrible grumbly service. He did ask if I was a student (I'm not - I've been graduated from uni for 10 years now) and I can't help but think his rude service was because he thought I was a silly little student. Shame he won't be getting any of the business passed on from the clients I get. Worst customer service I've ever had.
