Unless you are a big account, they hand you from one account manager to another, and when they don't communicate to each other and something goes wrong, they tell you its your problem and not theirs!! We paid hundreds of dollars for one sample, which they don't even bother cutting for you!! They make you pay the full amount upfront and then when you are done they will send you additional invoices even if it didn't turn out right and then if you don't pay they threaten you with debt collectors!!
