I really enjoyed the steak sandwich and corndog, while my husband loved the slaw dog and cheeseburger. We also tried a milkshake, and it was delicious. Service was friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. There are a few long picnic-style benches outside if you want to eat there, but it seems like most people grab their food to go or enjoy it in their cars. Overall, we had a great experience. Those with a gluten intolerance (as opposed to a sensitivity) should probably avoid this product. Lastly, each item has a warning that you consume it at your own risk. Like I said, important caveat. So, reading the above, it seems that the 'gluten free' mix is as gluten free as Omission beer (not strict; should be avoided if you're celiac) -- which is, likely, the reason it tastes so good. As I have a sensitivity and not an intolerance, I took the chance with Emma's. I had a reaction but I can't say I wasn't warned. It tasted good going down but I wouldn't recommend anyone with an intolerance to go down this rabbit hole. Although mixes are what Emma sells, no one's got time for that. In addition to the mixes, she also sells pre-made items. Running in to her at a ridiculously busy Franklin Farmer's Market, I opted to try her chocolate chip cookies and her pumpkin bread. Both were ridiculously good. Both items tasted -- unquestionably -- homemade and both items were indistinguishable from 'regularly' made baked items. Emma has a boatload of talent as a baker and her items were a big hit with all my non-sensitive friends. Like I mentioned, I had a reaction but I also had warning. That hit is on me.
