She is now in the fourth grade (the school goes to fifth) and I will be sad to say goodbye. Audrey has learned so much and is on her way to being fluent in Spanish. I always get native speakers boasting about how well she speaks and that there is an absence of an accent. A true testiment to how much of an asset this school is to the future of Tulsa. It is a tough road at times but I recommend any child attend this school. So many opportunities will be available to a bilingual child. Eisenhower is their sister school. They offer French and Spanish. Children have opportunities to study abroad as well as a spot in a magnet school as they advance in their education. *I put the review on the wrong address listed for this school. Sorry about that. *

My oldest is a junior at an Ivy League university and she has a 3.8 in college. Edison prepared her well for taking tough classes in college like calculus, economics and biology. She loved taking fine arts classes like orchestra and painting and playing varsity tennis. My youngest is at Edison now and she loves it as well. We are grateful to the educators at Edison for all the hard work they do to invest in our children!

I was there for only 4 years until graduation. I was lucky enough to receive a full scholarship for tuition and living expenses ($60,000) to a highly rated Private liberal arts college in New York, so I believe I was somewhat prepared. However, I had an undiagnosed auditory processing and aphasia learning issue which in those days was just swept under the rug. I took advantage of my time at college then moved abroad so I am unsure whether I could say my education from Edison was great. It was public school sink or swim.

I have eaten here multiple times, and I can tell you that the customer service and quality of the food has deteriorated over time. The salad came and got finally got silverware. Bartender making and splashing drinks right in front of me (and into my water). I will likely not come back here.

Town & Country is Northeast Oklahoma’s only state-accredited, non-public, full-day school specifically designed to meet the unique needs of students in grades 2 through 12 with learning challenges. We currently serve 182 students from more than 20 communities across the region. Our comprehensive program includes small class sizes, certified special educators, speech and language therapy, specialized reading interventions, counseling, and life skills training. Our students are bright, capable learners who often struggle in traditional school settings. Many arrive with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem due to years of academic failure. At Town & Country, we help them rediscover their confidence, develop self-advocacy skills, and experience academic success. The result is life-changing—not just for the students, but for their entire families. As one parent recently shared, “Town & Country didn’t just help my child succeed—it saved our family.”
