Our primary doctor is Dr. Becker and she is AMAZING! Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and sweet. When calling to make an appointment or ask a question, the staff on the phone are always so nice and very helpful. When we we are there for our appointments everyone makes us, and especially our fur babies feel at ease. They are all so personable. I have met all the doctors at different times when Dr. Becker wasn't available and every single one has a kind and warm approach and is so knowledgeable that you always feel your pups are in great hands. Last year was a tough one. We lost our sweet greyhound Lily and Dr. Hackanin was a gem. She was there when we needed to let Lily go and made the very sad situation more bearable. 3 months later we had to let our other greyhound Oliver (who was our sweet old soul) go. Dr. Becker was there for us and it meant so much. Two of the amazing staff members Jennifer and Meaghan made it a point to take time out to come and offer kind words during these very sad times. That meant so much. They have 2 offices which makes it very convenient to schedule appointments. We have been to several vets in the area and no one comes close to being like this wonderful practice. They are an amazing group of people, both doctors and staff, so dedicated to their clients and their fur babies. We are so grateful to them for every visit and appreciate every member of the team!

The DAMC cared for our brother & sister pugs for years until they transitioned into pug heaven. Throughout all the years of their care, the staff was incredibly supportive. When it came to the end, the veterinarian doctors tried every possible solution to extend the life of our beloved pugs. Life has its limits. They helped us make a painful decision. Personally, I can still remember the Vet Tech who stood behind me with her hand on my shoulder as I was crying and saying "goodbye" to my little boy pug, Pugsley. (Yes, I'm a grown adult.). The comfort the staff provided was truly amazing. We've had cats, dogs, guinea pigs and a plethora of aquatic animals. If we could have taken them all to DAMC, we would have. I've been a cat owner my entire life and so have been a client at a number of good vet offices over…read morethe years. I came to Stockton Vet a few years ago when I moved into the New Hope area. The place has something extra special that I've only now been able to identify after having to put down my kitty of 17 years. It's that they are not only superb doctors (and nurses and techs and office staff) to your pets, they are also compassionate and kind, empathic human beings to the pet owners as well. They consider not only your pet as their client, but you as well. Due to Covid-19, when it came time to put my sweet kitty to rest due to a tumor, I was not permitted in the building. Instead, Dr. Julia came outside to the picnic table in the back with the tools she needed as well as a box of tissues, and sat with me as I held my girl and cried as she was sedated. And we talked. And Dr. Julia remained with me as long as I needed. Just listening and lending support. A week or two later, I received a condolence card made of wildflower seeds with words of support from the entire staff. They didn't just sign their names. They offered words of condolence and messages that said "thanks for giving her such a wonderful life". These people are really special. Thinking back on the time when my other cat, Mr. Kitty was at the hospital for a urinary blockage and Dr. Charlie called me multiple times a day with updates on his condition and then arranged for his surgery with another vet who specialized in the surgery he needed, I can't help but feel that this group is extraordinary. Oh, and did I mention that a member of their staff adopted my friend's dog after she lost her battle with depression? Yeah, there's that, too.

Dr Graham, our favorite vet , once again explained everything thoroughly and took about an hour of his day going over possible causes options for treatment. Charley was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy and we are so relieved that's all it is. Dr Graham is the best and we truly love and trust him with our pets.

Didn't like that. 1/2 later the doctor spoke to us about his condition. I don't feel like he explained everything to us well. That there are meds the cat could have taken. He had no personality and didn't have an optimistic demeanor. Everything was presented like it wasn't worth the trouble. We asked questions but he didn't offer positive solutions. He made it sound like if you do this you will need to keep the cat here for three days, see a cardiologist, then he'd be on three meds a day. The groups I belong to are wondering "why we didn't fight harder" and my only answer is the vet gave up on us and on the cat. There was no: "here's what we can do, let's try this!" The demeanor was he's doomed, don't waste your time. We did the best we could to feel confidence in him, but we don't think he was the right person to handle our cat. Maybe someone that was more proactive, motivated and didn't leave such a feeling of doubt in us as we walked away empty handed would have been a better experience. Also compounding this with a $1,200 invoice as we walked away without our beloved baby. All of it a terrible experience. The only saving grace was the young lady who handled the paperwork. I wonder what other pet owners think of that doctor.
