In a down market, my rental property was in an area that was challenging to sell and the inspection report highlighted some issues. Before I hired Maria! I asked her for marketing strategies to overcome the challenges. Too many missteps to list, but I was the one who initiated conversations about reducing property price after the townhouse sat for weeks without any interest. I had to ask her for weekly market reports. Poor communicator/writer. When the property sold on 8/14/26, although her admin and title company congratulated me, and I thanked those involved in the sale, it's now 9/1/26, and I have still not heard anything from her. She got her unearned commission and ghosted me.

Worst realtor EVER! We had a terrible experience with her. She managed our rental and even though…read moreshe said we were able to stay as long as we needed after our 2 year contract they wanted to raise the rent by $1500 a month or we had to leave. We were ideal tenants...never late on payment once and home was deep cleaned every two weeks. They were so greedy that we decided to leave. Side note: the property is still for rent after 6 months! We let them take photos of the inside in exchange for no deductions from our deposit since we left the property immaculate and we got a bill for thousands of deductions that by contract were under landlord responsibility. She also told us to leave our wall projector mounted on the wall (we have proof of this), then deducted $300 from our deposit to remove it. We told her she owed us that back but she never paid. Incredibly unprofessional and DISHONEST. She lied from beginning to end. The home had an awful leak and after a month it got so bad that mold was an inch thick growing out of the walls. She knew about it but was just not on top of it. Don't understand how she can be in real estate. Stay away.

I contacted Vincent because of his reputation as a top-producing Realtor and expected a high level…read moreof personalized service. Vincent was very pleasant during our initial phone conversation, and I looked forward to working with him and having him help me find my next home. During that conversation, he told me he would call me back, but instead I was contacted by Jillian. I spent considerable time explaining exactly what I was looking for in a home and specifically told both Vincent and Jillian that I was not interested in one particular development. Despite that, the list of homes I received included multiple properties in the very development I had clearly said I didn't want. I wasn't looking for someone to email me listings that I could easily find myself on Zillow or Realtor.com. I already search those sites regularly. I was looking for the value an experienced Realtor should provide: listening carefully to my priorities, understanding the communities that best fit my needs, and offering thoughtful, personalized guidance. After I emailed with additional questions, I was then passed to another agent who struck me as relatively inexperienced. Instead of feeling supported through the process, I felt I was being passed from person to person, and my priorities were never fully understood. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person can make, and I chose Vincent because of his reputation. Unfortunately, my experience simply did not reflect the level of service I was expecting.

I have purchased many properties in my life, and I have to say, never before have I decided NOT to…read morebuy a home because the seller's agent was so rude. Gene Arkey was literally so rude that we decided not to buy a home we really loved. Everyone who met him agreed... they were shocked. He sat there and did nothing to sell the house while shooting down every thing our agent said, and being as arrogant and rude as any human I have ever known. He refused to present our offer to the seller (which our agent then had to inform him, was illegal). His responses, once reminded of the law by our agent, were terse and disjointed. Totally unprofessional. If I were black, I would think he were a racist. I am ethnic but I don't know how he would know that, and so I have no idea from whence his hatred of people emanated. He is just an angry, bitter person I guess. He should find a job somewhere that he doesn't have to deal with people because it is obvious he doesn't like them. We found a beautiful home and we are very happy. We are especially happy to never have to deal with him again. I have never met someone so rude with no reason at all.

Since I live in NY and have been looking for property in Florida, Katie scoured the areas I was interested in, and didn't just send me listing's, she went and video recorded her walk through so I could have a better idea. After booking, travel down to see first hand, Katie lined up all the properties and mapped out the best routes so we could see them all in one day. We finally found the one we wanted, and Katie stayed hands on all the way through the process. She answered all my questions and trust me. I had a lot. She was extremely patient. It wasn't easy doing this all while I was in another state, but it got done without any issues. I am convinced that if it wasn't for Katie, we would still be looking and not happy new homeowners. I highly recommend Katie Lucie and know you will not be disappointed

I've lived in San Francisco, San Jose, Seatttle area, and Miami and have never dealt with a realtor/property manager so dishonest who refuses to accept responsibility. From blatantly refusing to address maintenance issues with the property to lying to the home owner about the improvements she claimed to have had done to the property. Also lying to us and the home owner about being out of the country to avoid responsibility of addressing maintenance, pest control, or repairs. Every person we came in contact with who had experience dealing with her had nothing good to say. That goes for the neighbor who's been there 35+ years, the pest control person, bee removal specialist, and county code inspector. All of whom have no reason to go out of there way to express their opinion of her, but felt it was necessary. Initially we thought they were exaggerating but they were 100% accurate in describing her and how much of pain it would be to deal with her.
