4/1/23 Update Requested prescription refill via portal on…read moreThursday. They sent over the wrong prescription. Sent message via portal asking for correct one to be sent. No response. On Friday I sent a follow up message in the am. No response. I called around 3 and was told by doctors Assistant that the covering physician would send over later that night. It is now Saturday, no prescription as been sent. Guess I'll call again on Monday. 8/14/22 Update They do not answer messages on the portal. They do have a new answering system that forwards call to their doctors assistant to leave a message but still no call backs. I do not understand why communication is so difficult for this company. I would love to change my primary provider; however, initial visit wait times are close to a year for other faculties. Guess I am stuck for now. While my doctor is amazing, the office staff is outrageously rude and abhorrent. When calling for any reason expect to be on hold for 20-50 minutes. When they finally get around to answering your call they will then immediately hang up on you. When you call back, should you be so lucky to get someone on the phone, if you complain about the hold/hang up, they will rudely explain it is their automated system, not the office. They have had this "automated system" for about 4 years now. I have been complaining about it for four years. No wonder they have such low rantings. They must not care about their outdated, useless technology, or are hiring shit staff. So I needed a new doctor and not many places are accepting new people. Luckily I was able to get into here. On a whim i went here. I was accepted as a patient by Laura Runyan, PA-C. She is literally so sweet. Yet professional all at once. She had such a busy tight schedule and still made me feel important. She treated me for what I thought was a sinus infection. Apparently two really good nose sprays work that she prescribed. She also did my physical and prescribed me my medication. Smooth visit and to be honest I really don't mind coming back as long as it's with her :) Everyone there has great individual personalities. From the lady who checks you in with the glasses to the ladies who check you out. Thank you again!

Fred is very chipper and thorough. But over the last few years I have started to get a bad taste - I believe the practice just grew too fast and the office doesn't know how to handle it. You usually have to wait and that is fine... it varies... sometimes it could be 5 minutes and then other times it could be an hour (not very convenient), even when I call (for any reason... usually just to re-schedule) they have you on the phone waiting up to 10 minutes (usually hang up and redial after 10 minutes.... no one should ever be on hold for 10 minutes especially with something as easy as a reschedule. Today when i called back and said no to being put on hold because i had already waited and I was pressed for time, I was told I would have to wait any way because she was finishing up with a patient.... am I not a patient as well? Why answer the phone if you're not ready? You've been dealing with this patient for 15 minutes then if i was already on hold for 10, which means your office cannot handle the volume it has and needs more staff members). I have received 3 referrals for specialist doctors from Fred - all in which have ended in horror stories with both the doctors and my wallet. I'll be honest - I went from loving this friendly office to being extremely discouraged on trust and disregard for my time. And if you want to talk directly to Dr. D'allessandro about any issue.... forget it.

I have been going to Dr. Van many years now, and will until I'm dead. She is, by far, the best…read moredoctor I have gone to in my life. She greets me like I'm an old friend she hasn't seen and remembers everyone in my life and always asks about them. I never feel rushed with her, she always wants to hear, even if I'm complaining, explaining, or simply conversing about non- medical issues. And she remembers the conversations the next time I come and asks about them. I have never had a doctor like this before. I imagine this is how doctors used to be in the olden days. Granted, her old office with Dr. Deluca was cramped and scheduling was pretty terrible and I'm not sure why that was. Going to that office always had me disgruntled, but in the end, I couldn't give up on my doctor. I'm glad I didn't. She moved to a new location with her brother (also a doctor) and I have not witnessed any scheduling issues since. My advice Dr. Van? Don't change. You're perfect!

Poor service all around! My initial appointment I waited in the waiting room an hour and a half…read morebeyond my scheduled time, watching people come in well after me and they were seen right away. I was told "Oh you're next" several times. I honestly felt like I was on a hidden camera show. Once in the office I waited another hour... for no physical. Only a "Hey how are you, nice to meet you. We are so busy, see the front desk to schedule your physical. I can refill your rx medication so have them fax me your old doctor's prescription!". This cost me $90. Beyond unacceptable. I then scheduled my physical... which was around 6 months. My refill did come up, and it was denied. Apparently I was supposed to go a Dermatologist? Never was told that, never given any information on that. Was told I was called (I would remember, and I see no emails or voicemails as of right now). The receptionist also said "oh we told the pharmacy", which wasn't true. The Pharmacy said it was denied with no reason given. I ended my term as patient (I genuinely feel like I wasn't one so no big loss) and honestly don't know if they cared. The medical assistant gleefully said "We can deactivate you as a patient!" Business must be good so they can treat new patients this way.

(A whopping 12 min...lol... I used to wait 35 to 45 with an appointment with my doc in fl) When I got in to see Dr. Martin, he was very professional. I had scripts that my Dr. in Fl couldn't fill due to state requirements (do the math on that one) and I was made to feel very easy. I am beyond impressed with Dr. Martin and the entire office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone especially those looking for a family doctor. Very Clean, professional and just a good overall experience.
