We had a great time. The ball returned quite fast. We did have a few kink with the ball returning. One time a pin got stuck in the ball return belt. The mechanic took a while to fix the issue. They did add 10 mins extra to our game because they had us to wait. Overall, We had a great time. We ordered couple rounds of beer for our game as well. We had a really fun time. The server came by couple times to check up on our drinks. So if you are not able to finish your drinks before your game ends, you can migrate to the pub (Freddy's) and continue drinking. They also offer food at the bowling alley. Again the food comes from Freddy's. Yes the bowling alley is located behind Freddy's pub. Also they have a DJ playing music at the bowling alley. With the cosmic lights and the music. It was pretty wow. Definitely beat the bowling alleys in Vancouver. There are lots of free parking right out in front. Well we had a friend drop us off at the bowling alley and took a taxi back home.

It was good to get inside in the AC to escape the heat outside. Family enjoyed the time there. We managed to play 4 and a half games. My daughter won both and she was pretty stoked. There's a server that comes and you can order food and drinks which was great. We did not eat anything though. It's kind of gross seeing people eating nachos with their hands and the go bowling. My daughter said one of the bowling balls was greasy. I guess that's to be expected when bowling. Anyways, we had a great time and will be back.

Legaue prices were all increased with no warning half way through the season. Condition of the lanes are not maintained as they were. Witnessed staff being disrespected in view, not in private.

Kids used up their $25 credits, sharing a little with us after maybe 45 minutes. I think I'd rather take them to a Rec Room location. Facilities here were okay and relatively clean. The only thing that really freaked me out was that I complained twice about the soap dispensers in the women's bathroom only giving out drops of soap and at a place where everyone's touching everything, that's gross. Some machines weren't functional so that was a bit disappointing. Big ups to the gal at the cash though, who accidentally took payment for laser tag only to find that there was an hour wait. She refunded payment and gave my older kid a bunch of candy bags to make up for it, so A+ for customer service on her part since it was an honest mistake. I got really good at one shooting game and my littlest did well at a motorcycle riding game and the oldest scored enough points to win a stress hedgehog which he loves so all good if looking for an activity. Patrons were nice and there was a birthday party going on. Good for a PD Day!

Staff were helpful but what is with the only debit/credit machine being at the front door? Had to leave the food/booze counter and go around the main desk in order to pay for our round of drinks. Now you may call me lazy, and you'd be somewhat right, but I'm just talking about decade old technology, wireless machines, that every establishment should have by now. Almost as archaic as only accepting cash. This place isn't swanky by any stretch of the word but if you just want to bowl a couple rounds, you don't have much of an option, so you can't go too wrong here.
