They never sent me an email about the damage and never followed up after I officially complained about damage with the workers on site and they documented the damage. They responded to the review below please note they immediately responded to a bad review very unfortunate that they don't provide immediate response when they damage your belongings or have problems with their move.

We continued to struggle with owner changes, trash not picked up, driver behavior issues, billing problems and then finally phone calls not being answered. During all this time we would see Uribe coming down our street every week and no issues. The bad business manner of our old company made us switch. But we chose Uribe because of the drivers. The guys that come down our street are amazing. We have a large group of boys on our block. They LOVE the garbage truck. They follow them on their bikes or sometimes by foot. The drivers do amazing with them. Letting them be a part of it but yet making sure they are safe. When we hear the garage truck coming they drop everything and run out the door. We thank you for picking up our trash every week without complaining or having us to call you. BUT we applaud you and praise you for the incredible workers you hire. If the kids have left a mess and not gotten everything into the trash can, they have picked up around it, and no matter how many bags we stack beside the trash cans that they provide, they are always picked up. I have been a loyal Havelock Refuse customer for 32 years, they were an excellent service for my…read moretrash, grass and recycle picking up like clockwork until recently they partnered with Husker and moved my service to Friday which is the last day of the work week ( we all know how employees work on a Friday) and have missed my pick up more than 3 times already and of course being Friday it has to wait till Monday to be resolved, seeing several trucks drive down the street and alley looking like they don't know what to pick up, doubling the routes but yet still skipping some pick ups. Neighbors asking if yours were picked up, there's wasn't. Ever since partnering with Husker the quality of service has deteriorated severely! Seriously considering trying another service if don't improve in near future. My patience is wearing down.
