I was given a time slot, but they were transparent that it ultimately depended on when the crew finished their previously scheduled moves. When the previous job was taking longer than expected, they immediately contacted me to find a time to reschedule and even made themselves available to me earlier than the rescheduled time. Christian and Lucas were fast, efficient and friendly. The packed up, transported and unloaded everything in under 2 hours and never complained, even though it was raining, humid and 90 degrees. They took care with my things and followed all the directions I had asked of them. I am wondering why I didn't think to use this service sooner!

I contracted them for 2 movers for 1 hour and was quoted a price of 129$ per hour plus 99$ "gas and…read moretravel" expense to move my furniture from 2F to 1F in the same house. I paid a 99$ deposit to confirm my time slot. When the movers arrived, there were 3 of them. The crew assured me the cost would be the same because with 3 of them they would finish faster. They did finish in well under an hour but then they are trying to overcharge me an additional 80$ for the extra mover that I didn't request. They are threatening me with "legal action" in an attempt to extort/scare me into paying. I only accepted the extra mover on their word the cost would be the same. This is not a good business practice.

Uribe has been serving our town for sometime now. Unfortunately, we didn't switch from our current…read moreprovider when they came to town. We continued to struggle with owner changes, trash not picked up, driver behavior issues, billing problems and then finally phone calls not being answered. During all this time we would see Uribe coming down our street every week and no issues. The bad business manner of our old company made us switch. But we chose Uribe because of the drivers. The guys that come down our street are amazing. We have a large group of boys on our block. They LOVE the garbage truck. They follow them on their bikes or sometimes by foot. The drivers do amazing with them. Letting them be a part of it but yet making sure they are safe. When we hear the garage truck coming they drop everything and run out the door. We thank you for picking up our trash every week without complaining or having us to call you. BUT we applaud you and praise you for the incredible workers you hire. They are why we are with you and why we are here to stay. And very happy Seward Ne, Boy Mom.

The storm we recently had brought down some large branches in the yard, they were not even near the trash pickup and they took the time to stop and take each and every limb out of my yard. WOW!!! Thank you Uribe for all you do!
