Worst daycare I've ever experienced. Understaffed and have no training in taking care of a child…read morespecial needs. They don't tell you that until you have already enrolled and payed the admission fee. After the child is enrolled they will call you everyday and pester you with how they can't handle your child. Push you to eventually be stressed out and withdraw your child. Please don't enroll your child at this location. The Schaumburg locations is far better than this one.

Our daughter attended that daycare five days per week since she was 11 weeks old. It's no secret that it can be a terrifying process to find and trust a group of qualified, loving people to care for your tiny human. Fast forward a few months and no fewer than eight different daycare visits on my own accord, I am super happy to report that the Bright Horizons at the Chancellory is my daughter's new "school." She loves her class. She loves her teachers. She loves the mostly organic menu (I swear she eats much better than I do 90% of the time). She loves the fish tank in the foyer. She loves the playground and Movement Matters room (with yoga!). So, yeah, my kid has it pretty good. I pick up my daughter and the majority of the time she's has a great day. I see her learning new things, saying brand new words and generally being an awesome kid. Big props to the staff - including teachers Ms. Nicole, Janet, Corey and the admin staff Colleen and Laura. Thanks for making the transition as seamless as possible for both me and my daughter.

I am currently an online student, and am approaching the end of my BSN program. To say that this…read morefacility and faculty has been helpful would be an understatement. I do not know why there are so many who've had bad experiences, I can only speak to my own. Yes, ONCE I did wait on hold for a long time, but mostly I was on hold for only a few minutes. The nursing classes are offered by Chamberlain, the non-nursing classes are offered by DeVry. In both cases, the content was appropriate and challenging, yet not hard to manage. I originally graduated with an ADN 27 years ago from a state university. There was no problem getting my transcripts. I received numerous phone calls from advisors and was offered guidance for my path to the BSN. I have, and will continue to recommend the RN-BSN program to others. I am not saying that those who've written poor reviews are being dishonest, however, I believe that their's was the exception, not the standard. I am saddened that their FNP program is not accepted by NYS, or I'd be taking that as well.

My experience with Chamberlain University has been deeply disappointing, largely due to their…read morefinancial aid practices, which feel misleading, disorganized, and stressful for students who depend on aid to continue their education. From the start, financial aid information has been unclear and inconsistent. Aid amounts change, balances fluctuate, and explanations are often vague or delayed. Students are left to constantly follow up just to understand what they owe and why. Communication between financial aid, billing, and advising feels disconnected, and it is incredibly difficult to get a straight answer. What is most troubling is that students are allowed to remain enrolled while financial aid issues are unresolved, only to later be hit with unexpected balances, holds, or threats of course disruption. This creates pressure and fear around continuing your education and feels like a tactic that places the financial burden entirely on the student. Instead of proactive guidance, the process feels reactive and transactional. Policies are quoted without being clearly explained, and support often feels scripted rather than student-centered. For a school that markets itself as supportive and accessible, the reality is that students must constantly advocate for themselves just to avoid financial fallout. I strongly advise prospective students to: Get everything in writing Track their account weekly Question every balance change Be prepared for financial aid issues to impact enrollment Chamberlain may work academically for some, but based on my experience, the financial aid system creates unnecessary stress and financial risk. I would not recommend this school to anyone who relies on financial aid without being fully prepared to fight for clarity and accountability.

When I was considering this university, people I highly respected (but never attended their program) believed this is a great university. Their ads speak well of them. I had various former students, who graduated in the 1980s & 1990s who told me they could not get employment after graduating in their field of study and had to change careers / get additional training elsewhere. I learned these issues after graduation. The education in engineering is WORTHLESS because they are not ABET accredited school. In other words, employers ONLY HIRE ABET ACCREDITED GRADUATES. The problem was employment after graduation & student loan policies. I finished a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, BS Computer Engineering Technology in 2014. ADTalem Global Education, dba DeVry University, utilizes The Higher Learning Commission.org to procure student loans. DeVry would max out the student's credit for student loans. The tuition cost is based on their ability to get funding. In the first 2 years as a student, I was a cash paying student. I applied for student loans then dropped out. Unknown to me, they were able to get student loans. Instead of returning the unused funds, they increased my tuition / education costs for previous classes that were paid in full. Accounting education fraud. Their billing is so confusing because they are committing fraud. They sell fake health insurance policies. BEWARE
