All too often we're referred to attorneys that are far too busy to actually address the needs of the individuals who contact them, however, Mr. Cool listened to my concerns, investigated items that would assist me in my case, followed up with individuals investigating the complaints, assisted in retrieving documentation necessary for me to complete litigation. These are all the things that are good to hear when dealing with lawyers. All attorneys should want their clients to say they were accomplished in their efforts. Mr. Cool far exceeded my expectations in his effort and it's nice to write a review speaking to his dedication to my situation. He called to speak with me and made recommendations regarding next steps. I will forever be grateful that he listen and hear me.

Having dealt with my own husband passing away at a young age I know what it's like to feel lost of what to do. She sets up a plan that makes you feel confident your trustees and heirs will have as easy of a roadmap to follow when needed. I would definitely recommend her firm as you get the quality and personal attention that makes a 5 star experience!

As an knowledgeable and skilled attorney, and advocate for peaceful mediation, Michelle has a very unique skill set and a genuine commitment to her clients. I have seen the time and commitment that Michelle gives to her clients and to her community. Many years ago, I went through several rounds of legal court battles over custody/visitation of my oldest daughter. I wish that I had known Michelle then. Until just recently I have had no reason to need Michelle's service, but have enjoyed her friendship. Recently, I had a need to have somebody review some business documents and provide council. While the documents that I needed to have reviewed where simple and outside of Michelle's expertise, she was able to connect with me with another attorney in her firm, Lee, who was able to walk me through the documents and answer all of my questions. Because I know her and her character, Michelle's referral was enough to give me the piece of mind that I was in good hands. I strongly recommend Michelle as an advocate for peaceful mediation. More often than not, the time when Michelle's services are needed are difficult and can be very contentious. Michelle has a very special gift of being able to bring two parties to the table and find common ground and avoid the often brutal, painful and very expensive process of litigation.
