I was very impressed with the customer service at this location. I received my CPAP earlier than expected! A driver/worker greeted me with a warm smile upon waiting to be greeted by the receptionist. The receptionist was very professional and led me to the waiting area. I didn't have to wait long. Make sure to request Respiratory Specialist, Tscharner McCraw. She was patient, kind, highly knowledgeable, charismatic and detail oriented. She set aside time allowing me to try on different mask in order to ensure I got the most comfortable fit. However she did not stop there. She also in fine detail explained how the machine works and the settings. I left feeling confident I would be able to use my CPAP with ease. read more

Today I had dealings with this company which completely restructured my overall opinion of them- because of a service tech named Jason. I called on behalf of a very dear friend whose oxygen concentrator had malfunctioned and caused him to burn through probably 70% of his tanks of oxygen without making contact with Lincare (several attempts were made with on/hold waits up to 40-45 min with no answer). Today being the Friday after Thanksgiving, I honestly had little hope- the answering message said the company was closed and obviously few if any people were on call- but I actually got to speak to someone, who promised to contact a service agent who would call back. Within about half an hour, I did receive a call from a service man named Jason. I explained that I was acting for my friend who was not feeling well and really needed help with oxygen- and we arranged that I would provide him with my friends contact info and address so once he finished the call he was on, he could contact my friend and see what he could do to help. I provided the info and he did get in touch- he talked them through a check of the unit, then CAME OVER, did.a temp check and masked up, went over the unit, replaced the unit then snd there, and left thrm ONLY when he was certain they were operating and totally happy with things! My previous dealings with Lincare have been far less smooth and pleasant- usually involving comments about late notice or short notice for returns or pickups, comments about supposedly missing empty tanks, etc., and not with completely successful outcomes. Jason today was a breath of clean fresh air, a restoration of confidence and faith in what should truly be a critical service business. My friends and I could not possibly be any happier with today's calls, concern, courtesy, attention to detail, and insistence on customer satisfaction. Do Not Use This Dishonest Company! Last November 1, I was in hospital for a week, because of a broken hip.was discharged to home. This company supplied me with a wheelchair that was in bad shape, and had obviously been used hard and abused. I put up with it because I knew it would only be used two, or at the most three, months. I had the company come get the wheelchair in January or February, so they would stop billing Medicare for about $149.00 a month. I could have gotten a brand new one for a little more than $120.00, but they had me prisoner to this exhorbitant rate. I couldn't do a thing. Today I got a letter stating that garbage wheelchair they dropped off was now totally mine. If I need a wheelchair in the future, now Medicare won't pay for a wheelchair, because this company is trying to say I kept this piece of rubbish for 11 months now. I am calling Medicare tomorrow and filing a complaint against this company. We will have a three-way conversation in the morning. No wonder Medicare is going broke; these companies are milking every single dime they can get away with. Don't use this dishonest company! read more
