After sending them the information, and after repeated prodding they have changed the reorder timeframe for DME. Their customer order personnel are very pleasant, just not always informed about the change. The online order system is poor as it does not state what item(s) are eligible for reorder, just that something is. You have to start the process to find out what. FedEx almost always notifies me of the shipment before NEHME does. Still not as good as when they were a small independent shop but better than any of the other large medical supply houses that I have interacted with. At least I don't feel like they will endanger my life which I can't say about the other large Med. equip. companies. All in all, a solid OK rating.

This is not true -- no delivery person ever came to our address, and we did not make any cash payment. Instead of helping investigate the issue, I was accused of calling too late to report it, even though I called right after the holiday season due to pre-planned travel. We chose this pharmacy because GoodRx listed a better price than other pharmacies. However, after the prescription was sent, we were told by the pharmacy staff that they do not honor GoodRx pricing. This feels very misleading and deceptive. Overall, my experience with this Remedium Pharmacy was extremely poor. I will not use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it at all.

She's been in critical health and because she has an issue causing poor appetite and weight loss, this call was thoughtful. This small gesture made my day brighter. Helpful to know-It's a compounding pharmacy if you require this for a special medication. Side note-It was very clean inside and there is free parking out back in the plaza area or directly in front on the street.

Have had this issue a few times so starting to consider changing my grandmothers pharmacy…read more My elderly grandmother has a CVS account to which she has her card linked to to make it easier for family members to pick up her prescriptions, since she no longer drives and can't do it herself. A few times now I have dealt with the same young woman who tries to tell me she has no card on file. This happened with this girl a few months ago and again today, when she actually argued back with me. I stated how I have never had this issue with anyone else working the drive thru pick up. Anytime anyone else is working the drive thru they immediately ask me if I want to use the card on file. I showed her how it's linked on the CVS app and she kept trying to tell me no. Either this girl doesn't want to do her job or she does no not know how to use CVS's online system. Please train her this girl on how to do this properly because it is becoming aggravating to have to deal with this. Like I said have NEVER had this issue with any other technician or employee working the window. Also to add, I got an auto phone call that my dad needs his RX refilled. Not sure the name of the med but also tried to ask to refill it and gave his name, dob, and the voicemail had stated "rx starting in EFC" and she couldn't figure that out. Please just have someone working this window either with assisted help if they don't know what they're doing, or teach them how to do it. The fact that she was arguing back with me was so rude. As convenient as CVS is to me, if this continues on I am going to have to change pharmacy's.

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores. The grand finale - a couple weeks after getting my prescription there, I got a hand written thank you note from the owner for bringing my business there. You just scored a customer for life!
