negligenc. techs would call and schedule a time to come service my equipmen. only to call the next day and say that i was out of their area to come service mmy equipment. they do not value their customer/patients at all there is no way to contact a manager above the local maanger read more

Oxygen not delivered on time. This has happened multiple times. Always some excuse. I have called corporate to initiate an incident investigation. read more
