She dug out the teeth and slammed amalgam in there . She did not contour or clean the teeth and she even left the teeth attached. My daughter can not even floss through the teeth . She did the whole job so rapidly she was completely unprofessional , rushed , and money hungry. Attached you will see what she did to my poor daughter who now has to redo all the work . I had to go to 2 other dentists to get a second opinion and they were appalled by this work . Later her gums got inflamed because she left the amalgam on the gums .

I swear I could have been on an episode of Punk'd. I need to go for frequent, 3-4 month cleanings as I have EDS and a strange by product is gum disease/plaque build up..so even though I floss, brush, water pik I still build plaque quickly. They themselves have told me to manage I need to come every 3 months. Problem is you can't get in appt in 3 months, more like 5-6. However, since I've been going several years, I usually have 2 appts booked out. Last time I was supposed to go, like 8 to 10 months ago, they called me to cancel as their tech was going to be out. Even thought THEY are they ones ho cancelled, they refused to get me in before another 6 months. Ok, you tell me I need 3 or 4 months, YOU cancel, then you won't squeeze me in. Ok, I dont want to deal with finding somebody else, so I take extra care in that time. THEN THEY DO IT AGAIN!!!!! And AGAIN won't fit me in. So at this point Im done, but I guess they never canceled me so I get a reminder that I have an appt Nov. 18th. Now that I calmed after few months of last cancel, I figure I keep it. Well then they call me as say as of today they no longer take my dental plan. THE ONE THEY SOLD ME. So THEY sell me a plan, cancel my appt 2x, takes 9 months to get onem, then they discontinue the plan, So i paid $100 for nothing and still didn't get cleaning. Never again, and I'll be pulling my mom too. Horrible, horrible. THey owe me $100!

Wonderful staff friendly soothing…read more She started this new technique called twilight dentistry she shuts off the large bright ceiling lights so the room is dark while soothing music is played and she only uses her over head light to shine in your mouth. She is very gentle, if it was not for the fact that my mouth was open I cud have totally fell asleep. How many times do you hear patients being kind and relaxed when going to the Dentist.
