If you are applying for a Chinese Visa, bring your passport, a 2x2 photo and your license. You are able to download their form online or fill it out there. Super quick service and I was able to get my Visa approved before my trip. Their office is located on the West Wing of the building so it's the farther building in the back after you enter the parking lot. Suite 106.

Despite the long and complete list of acceptable IDs given on travel.state.gov, this acceptance site arbitrarily would not accept my non-Arizona valid IDs (and yes, plural: I brought multiple valid IDs!). I spoke to the acting supervisor and two other clerks, all of whom who said it was State Department policy (which it is not). The policy is is clear on the State Department website, but the clerk would not let me file my passport application. I was forced to reschedule and process my passport at another acceptance site (a post office, where I had no such arbitrary and incomprehensible problem).

this is my first time applying for a passport book, i was very nervous and anxious about this…read moreprocess since i've never done these things without a parent. asking questions over the phone was pretty annoying since there was one lady who i just assume woke up on the wrong side everyday. anyways arriving there, you get free parking, which the maps should take you to directly and the building is connected to the lot so less than a minute walk. security was smooth and simple. it would be best to have your application already done but if not, arrive about 15 minutes earlier and complete a new one there (plenty provided). next you basically "log in" with the qr code they've sent you through email, take a ticket, and you either wait a few minutes or are rung up pretty fast (as soon as i got my ticket i was called forward). went through the process and paid both fees with money orders to make things easier for myself and others, and i was done!

Many people in my party had little to no towels for the entire weekend. 2 people in my party had air conditioners that leaked. And our last day and night there our toilet stopped flushing leaving us to use someone else's shower and bathroom. It was fixed about 8:30pm. Great guys. However it still needed to be flushed by us lifting the lid and pushing a button in the tank to flush it. Sunday night was our cheapest stay and I asked for at least that night to be refunded. I thought they were going to but instead they gave me 12000 points. Which is great but i'm not planning on going to any of their hotels any time soon after this experience. I think they should have taken care of me and at the very least refunded that one night. Any one else would have asked for the entire weekend due to all the other issues at hand. Your staff was the only redeeming quality of this hotel.

It turns out the card linked through the app was stolen and I did not update that card. She refused to take the new number over the phone or make a new reservation. I then call reservations and get passed back and forth between reservations and customer relations where multiple people tell me that they will honor the rate. Then they can't but they will give me enough rewards points to apply a free night so that I will be paying less. Then they can't issue that many rewards points because they are not authorized. If this gets done it will be my last stay. App will be deleted and everyone I know will be strongly encouraged to stay AWAY from Choice Hotels!!
