History

Established in 2023.

I created Jess Whitacre Limitless Training to truly be limitless in goals and possibilities. Limitless Training focuses on teaching others how to respond in life-threatening emergencies. It also encompasses helping others to find their own self-motivation to train to be the best version of themselves whether it is through fitness, aquatic or sport training. I found a passion in helping others learn how to feel confident during life-threatening emergencies so they can have the best chance at saving friends, families or others that may need help. I believe CPR, First Aid and related trainings are one of the most important skillsets we may ever need to use and is not something you can predict when you will need to use it. Making sure you are not only comfortable with these skills but are up to date and performing them with competency is the key being ready to save a life.

Meet the Business Owner: Jess W.

Jess has her M.S. in Sport Management & a B.S. in Kinesiology in Exercise Science. She is a certified NASM Personal Trainer and additionally has certifications as an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor, HSI & ARC CPR, AED & First AID Instructor/ Instructor Trainer, Certified Pool Operator, Glide-Fit Instructor, USA-W Level 1 Coach, POUND/Generation POUND Instructor, SCHWINN Cycling Instructor, and AFAA Primary Group Exercise. In addition, she has extensive experience in recreation and facility management including working as a Horseback Riding Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, CRI Facility Manager, JEA Health & Wellness Director, YMCA Membership/Fitness/Aquatic Director & more. You may even catch her as your tour guide if you take a horse carriage tour in downtown Savannah! Jess's enthusiasm towards both physical & mental wellness along with her passion helps others learn to have a limitless mindset & approach when it comes to their training and goals.
