The next morning by 9 am I was notified an installer was on his way. I got a verbal quote while Caesar was there and an emailed quote later that day with a follow up call. Service was performed by 1 the next day and completed in just over an hour. Caesar did a great job and was clued into exactly how I wanted the project to look. They even had the same color as my taupe 25 year old gutters. Quick, professional service with great follow up. Also the best price compared to others.

They installed some downspouts and had to cut through the deck - which is totally fine. But they…read moretore the heck out of the plank they made a cut through with a multi tool- scratching and marring the area all around their ragged, poor quality cut. Really shoddy work and just terrible. They also repitched the gutters to the extreme just dropping the ends to make quick work of it and so they look terrible. They then left out gutter wedges that I then had to call them about and convince them to come back out to put back in. They said via phone I wasn't missing any but I was standing under my gutters at the time and looking up at the gutters and could see them missing. The crew also left garbage from the project around my house. The scrap from cutting out the gutters for downspouts was just left on the ground, the park of the deck they cut out they just dropped on the ground. Really really poor quality work overall.

He showed up at 7:30am and didn't leave until the job was done at 8:30pm. He's extremely neat, precise and very talented. He worked hard right up to the last second he was at my house. I'm extremely satisfied with his work and I thought the price was very reasonable. He repaired 3 sections of facia board while he was here too which came out great. I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else.

Our first person, from Company A, basically measured and gave us a price! And then Mr Williams came and gave us a quote. He took the time to explain the gutter options (3" and 6"). But not only that, the bigger custom built drains at the ends of the gutter and how they can flush out leaves and debris, for less gutter cleaning. And then he gave us the color options as well as options for the placement of the downspouts. Their quote was actually $88 more than Company A, but because Mr Williams took the time to explain things, they received our business!

We had a full gutter replacement done. We had set up for a Thursday job but they had to move it to…read moreFriday because of a previous job. The installers were very disrespectful. Their language (MF this and MF that) was so loud my neighbors could hear it. They left cigarette butts on my driveway and yard as well as leaving large sections of gutter downspout in the bushes in front of my house. Mike came to my wife during the install and said he forgot to include something in the bid and had her give him $50 dollars to cover it. Thats not right. After the install was partially complete at 14:30 on Friday we were told someone would be out to pick up the pile of old gutters in front of the house that afternoon. The we received a text telling us it would be Saturday. No one showed up Saturday. we texted no response. Was finally able to reach Mike Monday. He came and picked up the old gutter material and said he was going to get his blower and would be back. That was 10 days ago. I cleaned up their mess. I would give them zero stars if I could. Also the roofing company that recommended Scotts to us came out during this and saw the mess. They were embarrassed and very apologetic for recommending them.
