First, I had a personal checking account with MY name on it paying MY credit card with the account number ready for them. Their excuse? Well we've had fraud. I said well what would happen if I mailed it? She replied, we would process it. I'm not blaming the teller, she is probably doing as she is asked, but I use to be in banking as well and this is unacceptable.

What has happened to PNC bank? My mother who has several accounts with them went to make some…read morewithdraws today, the bank teller explained that she couldn't have more than one withdraw slip. When you have several accounts and you frequently deposits or withdraws once sometimes twice in a week, you simply cannot BANK with a company that doesn't allow you the documents to bank with. If you have several withdraws, but you're only allowed one slip you just can't do business. I think the most ludicrous part of this is when you see a person inside of your bank a minimum of one to two times a week, it's pretty safe to say they are not there for nefarious activities. She has been put out with them for a couple of years now, but hasn't wanted to switch because of the work involved. I think this was the last straw for her. Of course, if she moves banks, I will have to follow her because she also handles my banking. They have just chipped away at services, locations, and now actual withdraw slips.
