A lady named Andrea did our taxes, incorrectly. And second of all she got personal with us. So here's what happened. I was asked by her to call on Monday afternoon for an update on my taxes. Which I did. The receptionist politely asked me to call back in 20 minutes?-Which I did. Andrea picks up the phone and yells at me before I can even say hello saying "Your JUST like your dad won't stop calling!!! " I tried to explain to her that I only called twice and that too because I was Asked by her receptionist. She cut me off and continues to yell and give attitude and get me off the phone.. I only really called because I wanted 10 second update on when we should come by :$ but once she is paid she cannot even give 10 seconds. I cannot believe someone who is in the Sales and Service field, someone who was PAID to do basic tax service has the nerve to speak to her clients this way. We paid this women $350.. I wish I bough soft tron box for $25 and did it myself would save myself the hassle to go to her and deal with such hostility. Such a rip off and horrible customer service. I'm not sure if she is having bad days but it seems she has Absolutely no manners. My father is a separate client of hers, she should not get personal with her clients this way it's very unprofessional, and he shouldn't have to chase his Tax rep. She needs to show some professionalism. But I'm sure she probably gave my father the run around to call back and not attending calls hence he had to call so much as she says. Well if Your reading this Andrea understand that Our time IS as Important as yours. Second your in the service department, and we expect better than this, I don't want anyone to deal with this so just a heads up to those planning on going to her. There was also something else she said which was extremely rude but i won't write it here for now. Besides this she actually failed to input all the proper information of ours which resulted in tax complication. And run around to the tax office. She refused to help my husband saying you will need to speak to revenue Canada and revenue Canada said your rep Inputted all the wrong Info you will need to redo it with another rep or fix it with the one who did yours. Great. Well you lost 4 clients just because your horrible at your job and second because of your racist attitude, in the future please drop the attitude and show some respect to others.
