He will promise you to deal with the CRA and get you out of trouble, but he actually got me in worse trouble. He will charge you outragious fees then will never respond to CRA or to your calls. He is a scammer!

I went to the CRA website to change my address information in Sep and it said I hadn't filed my taxes this year. I was left confused and really disappointed. I had no idea I was leaving my personal taxes to be attended to so unprofessionally. From not filing my taxes to not responding to me. Attached is the reply I received from them. They finally filed my taxes from Feb in Sep (only 8 months late). Please do not use this service. They didn't even offer me a refund and stopped replying to my emails. Save yourself the headache I went through. Taxes require professionalism and this company cannot offer that.

The lady was very friendly. I went to review my taxes where an entry was missing from my bank. The…read morefirst account did it , he was right. This lady charged me $250.00 and CRA wrote me to repay taxes. Upon enquiry I was told the the entry was required. CRA never called me to rquest the entry from RBC. They only go with what the bank provides. I will never return to this branch of Softtron. My issue is now resolved by CRA because my bank give them a letter and the missing entry.
