Amazing excellent work from Lily! Booking an appointment for my mom and I for a haircut was easy and we had great service throughout. Lily gives great advice, and I would highly recommend her. Will definitely come back! read more

I went here for hair cut and highlights. Ended up with much disappointment. Hair cut seems ok. However, the highlights are utterly ridiculous. She couldn't complete the highlights fast enough which ended up in a lighter shade than I wanted. I had requested for thin highlights, but some were small and some were medium size. She ended up toning it but since she was busy with other clients, she left it for too long. It turned into this weird color and so messed up. She took 2.5 hours and charged me extra for her 'toning' which is not even in their price list. This was a very uncomfortable, difficult and disappointing experience. I don't recommend this place except for simple haircuts. read more

Did a walk in 2/18. Lily had a customer already and told me it would be 10-15 minutes and I was seated. I really didn't know what to do with my hair and wanted something different. I've had long boring hair alllll my life. I really liked Lilly and what she did to my hair. She was really nice and gave me some great advice about my hair. I'll definitely be returning back to her! read more

I had a picture, she looked at it twice. She said she was going to give me layers, it became more like a chop job. And she just kept chopping in the weirdest ways I've never seen a stylist do in my life. Ugh, happy new year with a bad and overly short hair cut. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Ive been wanting to get my hair done in a while, but my expiriences at other salons left me disappointed. Ive gone to high ends salons, where they charge 600$ just for an ombre that left my hair orange... Im really glad i came across this place. Lilys so nice and accomodating. Even with my request of a pink hair, she agreed to do it at such a reasonable price. Every step of the process, she explained and asked exactly how i wanted my hair and i could not be happier with the results! Ask for Lily, you wont regret it! Also she does OLAPLEX treatment, which is definitely a PLUS in my book! read more

I will give 5 star .Excellent professional work by Lily. My daughter my wife and myself goes to lily for last 5 years and she is wonderful. She does high quality work. I recommend her job read more

Lily did a fantastic job color highlighting my daughter's hair. She was very diligent in finding the exact shade of purple wanted and spent extra time to lift enough of the dark from her hair before putting in the color. The results were great and my daughter has received more compliments on her hair then she ever has before. Lily was also considerate of our budget and was willing to do this at a very reasonable price. Thank you Lily. read more

I went in on Christmas Eve originally just for a haircut for my son. Sara did a fantastic job on my nearly 2 year old. She listened to detail and the result was fantastic, not only that they had one of those fantastic car barber seats for young children which makes the experience easier for them. I walked around the shop and noticed they did Brazilian blowouts, I inquired about pricing and with my shoulder length hair I was quoted at 150.00 and might I say it was so worth the investment. I have curly frizzy hair (yay for me) and the stray always and upkeep is a bit challenging. After immediate service and the 2 hour process my hair looks smooth, healthy, and frizz free. Also, during the Christmas rush both Lily and Sara still catered to other customers and provided quality service and work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place. read more

Got my haircut completely botched! I do not recommend men come in for haircuts here. I asked her for a simple fade and trim the top. She left obvious lines in my fade and patches of hair that were neglected. She mentioned that certain types of hairs are more difficult to do than other types. It is your job to know how to handle all types of hair! I had to go to the barber shop in the same mall and have my cut saved! Paid twice! Honestly, save the headache and go to 3 Kings barber shop. I have before and after pics..... It is just amazing on how messed up my hair was. Burn rubber at the barber shop saved my haircut, ask for him. read more

Hi, I did my haircut twice here and every time I'm very satisfied. Lily is so professional and a very good hair stylist.

For someone that has managed to SURVIVE as a salon for well over 10-15 years at the mall, that alone tells you THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT! I remember when this place was called Chic Cuts and they were the only salon in the mall, now it's crazy! There has to be at least 6-7 total. The store is now owned by Lilly, which used to be only work there at one point! Talk about determination! Her skills and her staff is on point! Totally recommend them. read more

Lily does a great cut on my hair and a good highlight and style on my hair. Excellent price for haircut.

Lily's chic cuts inside newpark mall is a comfortable, spacious, clean and convenient place to get your hair done. If you are with your family, they can just walk around the mall while your hair is being taken care of by Lily. She is an expert with hair so always look for her. I am so glad I tried this place. I usually have a regular place for my hair but now that I have tried this place, I will be coming back again. She did such an amazing job. I only showed her the model picture and she did exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. She is very pleasant friendly and caring to her clients. She even stayed late just to make sure I am happy with my hair. Pricing depends on what type of hair services you need. As for me, it's all worth it and I will be coming back to try their facial services. read more

The owner is sweet and does a good job with my 4 year old son. She spends extra time making sure I am happy. Her prices are very low, but I would gladly pay more if she would hire better help. Anyone other than the owner is present, I no longer get his hair cut here. The help may be okay with female hair, but not with boys hair for sure. read more

The lady who did my eyebrows did a great job and took her time cleaning and shaping my brows. This second half of the review is on behalf of my sister. We both walked in, she asked how much a haircut was going to be, the lady gave a price, and sat down to get her haircut. When she went to pay, the total came out to be $10 more than what my sister expected to pay. When she asked why the price had jumped, the lady informed my sister that it was because she used a blow drier on her hair. First off, if something is going to cost extra, you should warn the customer. The haircut wasn't great either. The layers were way too short. read more

Just found this place that has a special room for Hijabi women. Service is great. Lily is such a sweetheart.

Lily did an awesome job giving me highlights. I and my husband got haircut from her numerous times and till date, we have never left the salon disappointed. She is very friendly and is very much committed to her job. For her, customer satisfaction is the highest priority as she makes her way to being a perfectionist. read more

Took my fiancé here, the place is a last resort. There are plenty of places I'd go rather than this one

Got a perm and I cannot complain, Lily is amazing and extremely nice, will definitely go back to her in the future!

Eventhough there are several salons near my place, I still choose Lily's to have my hair colored, eyebrows done or just have my haircut. Why? Because their service is great. Both Lily and Sarah make sure that their customers not only get what they want but evenmore, exceed their expectations. My friend and I once had our hair color together, the process began 6:30 pm and finished at 12 am. Sarah was so tired already but she went beyond the extra mile just for her customers to be extremely satisfied. Thank you Lily's Cuts, you gals are the best! read more

Rude and unprofessional. Can't even do a simple men's haircut. Seriously, I wanted a 3 on sides, 5 on top and a rounded neck. She was on the phone most of the time speaking in Darī (Afghanistan).... asked me 1/2 through and what sizes my hair was supposed to be. Didn't think it was that difficult to show a little bit of professionalism, respect or common courtesy. If it wasn't for the fact that I absolutely needed a haircut today for an interview tomorrow, I would have just waited to go to Supercuts or pretty much anywhere else. If it was between this place and a random person on the street with scissors, I would choose the random person on the street to cut my hair. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are military or first responder in any capacity. read more

I dropped by without an appointment and was able to get seated right away. There was one other customer but I did not have to wait for my haircut. The cut was great, price was very reasonable, and the service was friendly and efficient. I plan to go back. read more

I had gone there for a hair updo with two friends. The three of us needed same hairstyle for a dance performance. I was extremely happy with the look and wanted to share my experience on yelp. We received numerous compliments and the hairstyle was intact even at the end of the day. Lily is just Awesome!! read more

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT CRAPPY HAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I would rather give this woman a ZERO, but Yelp requires at least a one... SO THERE. Today I went in to get my hair cut for donation. She couldn't brush my hair and had me do it. I brought rubberbands for her to use, but she excused herself while I was brushing my hair to find some. Before even letting me know she was going to cut, she just went for it. I WAS SO GLAD I WAS PAYING ATTENTION or else she would have left me with a horrible bob cut because she was just ready to cut hair and not care about what I looked like later. My friend the angel was there to make sure that she wasn't cutting more off. Charity only needs at least 9 and the lady was going to take off 14. She got away with 11-12 because I stopped her from turning me into a boy. After taking my hair, she cut even more off to apparently style my hair. The only good thing she gave me was a little plastic bag for the braid and charged me $20 to do a more than a crappy job. I'll still have to go back and fix my hair so I look like a woman since the layers don't even look right, but hey... that's what I got when I was looking for a deal right? Of course, I didn't deserve the rudeness of the lady who was there: foreign European lady with short dishwater blond hair. AVOID HER, WHATEVER HER NAME IS. Just go to Mastercuts. read more

When I went there I didn't like my experience, I told the lady what Length I wanted but she kept saying other haircuts and I got so annoyed. So at the end of the day I overall didn't like my hair cut at ALL and I will not be going back. read more

Giving a star didn't feel so good. Went to get a hair cut, the lady (Homa) was so in a rush to get me in and out just because someone dropped in that she knows. She hurried up and did a lousy haircut on me to get me out. She wasn't listening to my needs. Was so rude and cared less. Haircut was so bad, I went to get another cut somewhere else the next day. Waisted my money and my time! My friend also had her and came to me and said she was rude and didn't like her cut. read more

Really great hair cut service! I never had a problem with any of my hair cuts here. I would recommend this place!!

The lady who did my hair completely chopped of 6inches though I specifically asked she only take off 2 inches. I was so upset I would let her style it. She had dyed it and highlighted it and missed big chunks as well as make it perfectly clear she was in a rush and wanted to go home. She should have said that from the beginning. I only let her cut my hair cause I watched her give a previous customer the EXACT hair cut SHE wanted..... this only furthers my issues with getting my hair cut at salons. I won't return to this place EVER! read more

I have been here a couple of times for the hair cut... homa is awesome... she made me look handsome...best place for the hair cuts

Be careful with who you get. My first time was with Zee and she was good, however my second time - BAD. My bangs got screwed up and my layers weren't even. My sister got a straight cut and you can see the un-eveness. I was too afraid to ask her to fix both our cuts cause she might screw it up even more. This is the woman that sits on the second chair to the right as you walk in. read more

Very bad experience.Got appointment one day before for highlights and hair cut and lady told me that they have nice color available. On the day of appointment another old lady showed me colors and then started to dye my hairs and not highlight . When I asked her that I want highlights then she started arguing and asked me to talk to another lady who made my appointment on phone. She was very rude initially but then asked me to wait until they get color. I waited for another 15 minutes and then said we don't have that color. I asked her to complete my haircut . I told her length of bangs that I want but she cut it to short and started arguing when I told her so. Very very bad experience and do not recommend it read more

We've been with Lili since last year, After searching for a lot of salons I already found a better salon that i can stay for longer, the first time i saw the job she'd done with my kids haircut, we keeps on coming back to her salon coz i loved her job! She is really a PRO! and the price is absolutely cheaper that the other known salon, Lili is such a very sweet lady she's treat us liked a family, I won't find any other salon anymore for me and for my family, I would stay her for long and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to come over here and better see for yourself read more

Great service and friendly staff! Love the time and attention given each and every time I go there.

If you go, make sure you ask for Zee! This is my third time there, she did an awesome job for my senior prom, a wedding, and styling/cutting my hair in general. She's super sweet and I look forward on going back soon!! read more
