Patsy was amazing, and walked me - a first-time engraving customer - through the process of selecting my graphic, using the right format, and emailing it to the shop easily and patiently. The engraving job itself was so excellent I felt compelled to add a tip to the $35 engraving fee. I will definitely be recommending Accurate Engraving to friends, colleagues, and using them again myself for future birthday gifts.
