I was warmly greeted at the entrance where I filled out my health information and instantly felt at ease with Hiro. Everything is clean and smells so great. We addressed issues I wanted to focus on and she got to work. It was a super relaxing and informative hour (I asked a lot of questions). She could tell me what I needed to work on based on how my muscles felt (hydration!) and provided me with a water with electrolytes. She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she explained everything before and during the massage. Before the massage appointment, we had a phone conversation and Sandra asked me if I had any areas that was bothering me. I mentioned my chronic neck and shoulder pain.
