Their pricing is not only overpriced but also wildly inconsistent. They advertise one rate, but depending on the technician's mood or who they're servicing, the price can fluctuate by anywhere from $5 to $40 for the exact same service--from day to day and from person to person. In one instance, when I respectfully questioned the quality of the service I was receiving--especially given the high cost--the technician abruptly stood up and yelled, "Get someone else to do them." Sadly, this wasn't an isolated event. I've witnessed similar unprofessional behavior from staff at LV Nails toward other patrons who dared to question the service. That level of disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. It's clear this business sees its patrons--including our military community--not as valued customers, but as easy sources of profit. Their actions reflect a focus on money over integrity, exploiting both Soldiers and civilians without regard. This business has certainly changed for the worse. It's disheartening that such a place is allowed to operate in our community, treating people with blatant disregard and disrespect. We deserve better. I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere--where they are respected and treated with fairness.

They stuck out like a sore thumb and were noticeably fake. They even stuck out past the corners of my eyes. When I left I thought maybe this is something I had to get used to but friends and family told me it was way too much. I got some of them off that night through coconut oil and steam but not all of them came off. I contacted Sydney to have them removed and she was nice enough to come in early to remove them. I was disappointed that she charged me to have them removed. Unfortunately, it was $140 down the drain.

I was warmly greeted at the entrance where I filled out my health information and instantly felt at ease with Hiro. Everything is clean and smells so great. We addressed issues I wanted to focus on and she got to work. It was a super relaxing and informative hour (I asked a lot of questions). She could tell me what I needed to work on based on how my muscles felt (hydration!) and provided me with a water with electrolytes. I'm super interested to come back and add the infrared sauna onto my next package. I got to see it, it has music, lights and just looks super relaxing to enjoy before your massage.
