My wife loves Lily Piltzer and because of that we need to stop in every Lilly Pulitzer store we run into. This one is on the larger side of mall version Lilly popularizer stores. The selection therefore is much larger and a little different options than we have at some of the other Lilly Pulitzer on the East Coast. Great service as we find at all of them. read more

Let me preface by stating: I LOVE Lilly Pulitzer's clothes. But this specific location? HORRIBLE. And to be honest, the way i was treated here makes me question if I should even spend my money on their clothes at all. I've bought clothes on their website and I also shopped in the Fort Lauderdale store. The gals in the Ft Lauderdale store were fabulous!! They helped me shop, helped me decide which of things i was trying-on looked best, and we laughed and swapped stories. They were amazing and made the shopping experience fun. kudos to them. This store?? The exact opposite. It literally felt like i was Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman"! I walked in and started browsing. While I was there they greeted the three other women in there &/or asked if they needed any help, while they completely ignored me. Like wouldn't even make eye-contact. I don't know if I didn't look like i had enough money to be there, or if it was because of my size (I am at the top-end of their sizes), but they basically refused to acknowledge me. I kept trying to convince myself that it wasn't really happening, and I stayed and kept looking around for a few minutes, but it became really apparent and I became really uncomfortable quickly. So i left without buying anything. I find it HIGHLY offensive for this type of behavior. Shame on them. They can take their b*tchy, rude personalities elsewhere because I don't have time for it and they should be blasted for it. In 2021 there's no time and place for that kind of behavior. MOVE ON. I ordered only from LP. It said to wait up to 5 weeks and everything was in stock. After 6 weeks, I just received an email that they don't have my items. What on earth is going on ? I have never had problems like this!! Why wait 6 weeks to tell me they sold my items to someone else???? I've heard of others getting used clothing with stains, smelly clothing, etc. I've never had this kind of problem. I'm shocked. Lily Pulitzer, Inc. creates bright, tropical style printed and vibrant solid colored clothing suitable for the Florida fashion conscious female consumer. The style itself is particular and appeals to the ladies who don't have qualms about the price they pay for looking nice. That being said, the clothing is fun and upbeat and perfect for a Florida dweller or for spring/summertime/vacation clothing selection. The store also stocks children's clothing, accessories and the items useful for travel. I noticed that there is a newly launched athletic line which seems to utilize good fabric for the active female. The times that I've been in the store, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Anything that is not found in the store can be found on the website. There is a sale area at the back left of the store that usually has some interesting threads. The store is visually appealing to me so even if I don't want anything I feel it's fun to browse. Why 3 stars you may ask? Although I feel the quality of product is pretty good the prices are high and I would like to see Lily Pulitzer create items that are made in the U.S. Check out LP while you're at International Plaza (located near Neiman Marcus) or looking for some clothing to brighten your daily wardrobe or your next weekend, event, or vacation. read more

I've been wanting to go to a Lily Pulitzer store for a very long time now and never had the opportunity to go to their store because there are none near where I live! Lily Pulitzer is a women's clothing and accessories shop that carries specific designs. If I had to describe the style of clothing, it's a cross between high end beach casual wear, with a mix of vivid florals in a Van Gogh style. When I found a location in the international plaza near our hotel, I immediately planned out my route, set aside some time yesterday and made a beeline to the store. I was short on time and would have wanted to browse around some more but thankfully their online store helped me find what I needed so all I had to do was ask, do you have this? And if not, then I would resort to purchasing online. I love Lily's unique patterns and designs and although I would never pay 75+ for a tank top, I wanted to go home with something so I purchased luggage tags and a passport cover for under $35.00 for an upcoming vay cay. If your looking for cool unique beach ready prints, this is your place. read more

Located at International Plaza. The largest store close by is Neiman Marcus as far as entering the mall of this is your only stop. The staff here are usually exceptionally helpful. I have called and had items held or made purchases over the phone. I believe there are 4 dressing rooms with a small sitting area in the back. Their sale items are usually located in the back left area. Their selection is of good size and most sizing options are usually available. The staff is polite and willing to help, but you don't feel like you're being chased all over the store. read more

Lilly Pulitzer is high end with out being boring and snobby. The clothes grab the Florida Sunshine and blast it in to different prints. Lilly claims that each item is always hand painted. I headed here today honestly not knowing what I wanted. I was greeted by a lovely lady and informed that they have not yet received the fall line but have many great summer treasures still in stock. Being that this is Florida and basically warm year round, I knew I'd find something. I grabbed a couple items and headed to the dressing room. The staff was so helpful and not overly abrasive. This location doesn't know the definition of customer service. Drove 45 mins to this store to wait outside in a line for 1 hr due to the store capacity being 11 people (covid), just to return something. Annoyingly, There were multiple husbands in there obviously standing around, taking up part of the capacity. Then, after 1 hr I finally get to the counter to do my return. The manager wasn't friendly at all, and told me that my return was "going to be an issue" because I didn't bring back the gift w purchase that they sent me ? EVEN THOUGH I was only returning 1 item out of the 4 things that I bought online. Mind you, I spent over 400$. This "manager" still made me return the funds on a gift card bc of the free gift tumbler . Absolutely insane. After this disastrous service experience I will be driving to a different location from now on. It is not hard to give great customer experience for someone who is doing a simple return. We wanted some clothes and shoes for my daughter. The clothes were adorable. The shoe selection was slim but the salesperson directed us to other stores in the area. Incredibly nice of her. The funny/nice thing is that we had walked from our hotel and she saw how hot we were and she cranked the A/C! S0, I think the store has cute clothes and great staff. read more

This specific Lilly store (the one inside International Plaza) gets on my nerves, they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It doesn't matter what you look like (regardless of your race/if you're decked out in head-to-toe Lilly Pulitzer) none of the employees will give you the time of day. If you have a question about an item then you'd better walk to the cash register, where all of the employees are gathered around their phones, and hope they notice that you're even in the store. I love the brand, but the employees at this location are extremely pretentious. Luckily, I'd much rather give my money to literally any other Lilly Pulitzer storefront where the customers are valued. read more
