Maybe that was fate, because I ended up ordering their specialty latte - the Bees' Knees: wild Alaskan fireweed honey, cinnamon, and wild Alaskan bee pollen. I'm a honey latte girlie and this one was exceptional. Fireweed honey is so delicate and light, and the bee pollen added tiny bursts of wildflower flavors - a little grassy in the best way, with a soft chew.
