The staff is kind and courteous, and Dr…read more Wong herself is down to earth and will take the necessary time to answer all concerns while treating you as a person, not just a patient. I went up there to see if I can make an in person appointment but rather I got greeted with the door lock, and once someone did come out, they immediately rejected me, saying the doctor wasn't in office... I literally haven't even told you what I was there for. But once I did( I needed to see if my insurance got accepted & to make an appointment) , she said 'oh ok'. I walked in to just stand in front of the glass window for five minutes while I heard everybody behind it talk. Somebody was gonna help me but was told no because they were gonna help me after they were done with the phone call... umm really?? After a couple of minutes after that, someone finally opened the glass window to tell me to have a seat because she didn't know how long she was going to be on the phone... really???????? So I just said 'never mind then' & walked out. It was really embarrassing so I honestly, don't even call or go there. What's the point? They enjoy it even more when they got no patients
