So why did I make an appointment for 2?? They finally got my truck in and tires rotated and back to me around 3:30 this is crazy long time for a tire rotation. Then I get up this morning and noticed my tpms hasn't reset still saying air up the rear tires. So I check the pressure and sure enough they didn't change the air pressure. They just rotated them . This doesn't give me a warm feeling at all. I took the truck in and told them I'm not going to sit here and wait I'm going to breakfast. Glad I didn't wait as it took at least half an hour for them to change the air pressure. I checked the air pressure in the parking lot before leaving this time and also torqued the lugs. Store short is even if you didn't know that my truck ran two different tire pressures you should have caught it when you checked it to make sure all pressures are good. So in my opinion this shop does a half way job. I feel sorry for the residents of Madisonville

Let me explain as a customer I had one bad experience with someone who I believed to be an owner or relative of an owner. I had recently purchased tires from them and had to return because my wife's car tire seemed to be suffering from a slow leak that would leave the car sitting on a flat after a several hours. I drove down on a Saturday to the store to find the doors locked. There were people sitting in the lobby and there was gentleman standing in the door way. I saw him there speaking to another customer. I looked to see what the hours were and found no sign. So I pressed my face against the glass to peak in. The gentleman turned and scoured at me and began to scream at the top of his lungs "CLOSED!" then he began to laugh and put his back against the window as to the door as to ignore me. How rude I thought I felt really embarrassed and even more upset that I actually purchased 2 sets of tires from this place. I reluctantly returned later on that week. The staff was generally pleasant. The older woman in billing who checked me out seemed extremely knowledgeable about the warranties and helped me with credit card when I had issues with it during payment. She saved me a trip back home for another card. I gave a STAR for that. If there were other tire places I would have visited them. Lastly their hours suck! They close before anyone is off work and their weekend hours are extremely short. Got off the interstate and drove a few miles to find it. When we got there, it was closed. My husband walked around back to find a man working on a project inside. He explained our circumstances and what we needed. The nearest other open tire repair service was about an hour back the other way. The nice man (assuming Tank) looked and found us the exact tire we needed to complete our journey. Definitely was a fair price and we paid him graciously and went on our way. I asked if I needed to call a tow truck, they said they could fix it good enough to drive to Madisonville to a tire shop. I get to the tire shop and they didn't tighten the lug nuts. Also informed me Walmart was wrong my wheel stud was not striped. The shop I drove to tighten my lug nuts to spec and I had my tires rotated there with no issues. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WALMART FOR ANY SERVICE.
