They quoted me $55,184.55 just to rewire the apartment - here's a sample of their pricing: * $5,306 for 14 light fixtures with no access (that's $379 each!) * $7,406 for 15A circuits (14 of them!) * $8,554 for 26 regular power outlets (that's $329 each!) * $1,974 for 6 switches (!) * $4,068 just to run thermostat wires * And another $5,172 on overpriced baseboard heater replacements Then they added another $13,469.32 just to upgrade the service and breaker box: * $4,719 for a 200A panel and breakers * $2,940 for 60ft of PVC pipe (seriously?) * $909 just to ground to the water pipe That's over $68,000 before a single wire is touched. For reference, that's more than my car and nearly half what I paid for the building. To make matters worse, they charged me $500 just for the visit - and then refused to proceed without full basement access, even though I clearly asked for isolation of the upstairs unit. Bottom line: I felt like I was dealing with a company that either didn't understand my request or saw a golden goose. If you value your money, get a second (or third) opinion. These prices are not just high - they're completely disconnected from reality.

This "company" is a pool and repair service in Ste-Rose Laval. They were hired for 2 pool closings…read more I would go there for chlorine and water tests as well. Last Fall of 2023, They closed my pool. They were very angry with me as I missed 1 dog poop in the backyard and it soiled their hose. I offered to clean the hose with my water hose. Salim the owner's son performed the work. The pool was in perfect working order. I started the pool this spring and the pump wouldn't prime. Called another company and turns out a golf ball sized rock was found in the pipe in the skimmer leading to the pump. There are no rocks or stones near the pool area much less the skimmer. They revenged against me for the dog poop. I confronted them and they became very aggressive and defensive which shows their guilt. This is where these people stand. Boycott them at all costs!!!!
