I went in a couple of weeks ago to look for a new bed. 4K later I found these guys went over and beyond in making sure I was pleased. From the young lady on the floor to the two young men at delivery, and finally to to the store owner making sure they had done the absolute outmost to make me a happy comeback kid. Yea they are that good, and I never give reviews cause I don't think people actually reads them. This store is solid highly recommend a visit even if just browsing. Peter Brookings

We looked around the store and…read morefound a couch we wanted, a little more expensive than we were originally looking for but we decided to make an exception. We found a worker and told him we wanted the couch. He tells us some features and dissappears in the back. After about 15 minutes of waiting, he comes out and says, "sorry you guys this tag is incorrect. This tag is for a different couch." The lowest they could go on the couch was much more expensive and over budget. It seemed obvious our money was not needed. I love shopping local, and really wanted to purchase this couch. I was not feeling well and didn't appreciate his complete dismissal of our question. It wasn't until I started walking out that he tried to ask what we were interested in. However, Deena or one of her employees has to be on constant lookout because so many people leave the store with items they haven't purchased.
