The doctors and other staff always treat me with the utmost care and respect. The only issue I seem to run into is with regard to administration of standing order renewals. For example I get an epidural every 3 months to help relieve pain in my lower back. Without it I suffEr a great deal. I called to rebook 2 weeks ago and my chart was pulled up. They would have known right away that I needed new orders but never told me. In the meantime I saw my dr last week and could have had the orders renewed but instead I wasn't told till yesterday and I don't see the dr till January. Therefore unless I can get something done thru his efficient admin I won't get a shot till we'll into the new year when I was told in September to plan December. Perhaps I should have been told then that they were about to expire? Anyhow as I mentioned this is the only issue and it's an admin issue so entirely correctable. I have always had great medical care both in the us and Canada and in fact radiology associates rivals the care I received in the usa

When I first found Southview Chiropractic, I was literally crippled from severe problems in my hips, entire back and neck. I could barely breath without intense pain. I'm not trying to discredit someone else's experience (another posted review), but I have nothing but kind words to say about Eye Appeal! I have never received broken or otherwise tampered with glasses/prescription sunglasses (to which I have had several). I would suggest (based on another posted review) that if you are concerned about the state of any eye-ware you've purchased, prescription or not, look at them yourself before taking them into your possession. I don't remember a time where I didn't put on my new pair of glasses the second I picked them up because my new prescription had a sharper image. I would recommend Eye Appeal and know of many people who have had very positive experiences as well! I would 100% describe the people who work here as honest, kind, and friendly.

Dr. Grover convinced me to change out all of my amalgam…read morefillings that still had some life in them for white plastic ones, only to find out that they were poorly applied and leaking; these all had to be replaced ONLY 2 YEARS later. This cost me two thousand plus in unnecessary services. When I tried to contact the office about some kind of warrenty they would not return my calls. Needless to say I am no longer doing business with them. My husband also needed crowns. He was charged $800 more than their quote and had to go back a total of five visits before they got them to fit correctly. They do not value people's time and if you have insurance they will surely take advantage. You are a $ sign not a person. Find ANY other dentist in Lethbridge!! You will not be sorry.
