That was nice. When I came in another Thursday evening to pay half for my dress I had to wait for 15-20 minutes for someone to appear up front. Originally my friend was going to have the dresses shortened, but then we were told they couldn't come in until a few weeks before the wedding so they could only be hemmed. When my dress arrived I was told that the seamstress who needed to measure me was never in Thursday evenings and so I would have to come in during the day to get it it fitted. I did, which was incredibly inconvenient. But none of this is anything compared to the fact that one of the other bridesmaids paid for her dress and it was never ordered. A fact that was not discovered, of course, until the rest of us came to pick up our dresses.

They get the dresses in swiftly and really worked with me to make sure that everything would be in and available on-time.

The employee arrived late to open the store, didn't greet me, and just ignored me as I walked in. When I finally approached her, she was rude and didn't have any knowledge I had an appointment. She did not apologize, did not help me with any guidance in my search, and continued to ignore me for the next 15 minutes. I decided to leave, when I told her we were leaving, she said "You can call and complain to my boss," with no apology and continued to be rude and mutter things under her breath as we left. I try to be very patient and understanding that things can be hectic in businesses, but this was the worst experience and I was shocked by how rude and horrible this business was run.

When I walked in, there was no one in sight... I stood there for a minute or two, and then a woman finally came out. I told her I was searching for bridal gowns. She instantly said that they didn't have many in stock and "by the way... when's your wedding date?" I told her I didn't have a date set yet, because i just recently got engaged. She then walked me over to her limited selection of approximately 20 gowns and told me to pick one a size larger than I normally wear. That was one gown. And all of the others said they couldn't be ordered. On top of that, almost all of the bridal gowns had stains on them. I don't know if that was from people looking at them, or if they had been worn before. After I looked for 5 minutes I told the woman have a nice day and I left. As a retail manager, I was appalled by the lack of respect and enthusiasm by the woman working. When a new bride walks in to look at your gowns... Please be a little more excited for her next time... little actions can go a long way.
