Great experience with this business, even when things went awry. I had placed an order at the…read morebeginning of the year, but it was unclear when the recipient would be back from vacation. Emmett Floral was willing to work with me on a delivery date and was very flexible in changes in schedule I requested. Unfortunately, I had to follow up with the business and the recipient two weeks after the fact when I didn't get any kind of confirmation. The flowers never got there -- there was a change in ownership, and my contact information got lost in the shuffle. Turns out they had attempted delivery on the day I asked, but the recipient wasn't home. They had the correct phone number for her in their system, but she never got the voicemails for some reason. I told the new owner I was expecting them to leave the bouquet at the door, but she said she wouldn't do that because it was far too cold. (I've only ever ordered from 1800-Flowers, so it was very much an "a-ha!" moment for me when I realized that NOT leaving $100 flowers on a stoop in 10° weather is absolutely the correct thing to do.) So Emmett Floral was actually waiting for me to contact them so they could make it right. I was offered a refund or another delivery attempt -- the latter of which I accepted because I'd like to support small businesses whenever I can. The new owner was very empathetic and friendly, and everything went much more smoothly the second time, at no extra charge to me. The recipient LOVED her bouquet, and while I had no specific requests for the types of flowers used, I liked how unique it looked. Opportunities for me to order through Emmett Floral again are unlikely, but I highly recommend them due to their upstanding professionalism when my order turned out to be more chaotic than anticipated.

After Ashleigh quoted flowers for my wedding, we set up an appointment. We got in there and they're just in time busy with Mother's Day so I saw beautiful flowers in their shop. Ashleigh greeted me, she is nice and friendly. I like how she is being honest and not pushy. She even retype everything, attached some pictures and itemized the price, which is very honest and nice of her to do that. They don't have minimum order, and they even willing to drop the flowers at our first look spot for free - double check with this, they might charge you if it's certain distance. The bouquet I had was beautiful! I honestly didn't pay attention to close, I am regretting my self I didn't spend time with the bouquet a lot because hey it was my wedding and everything went SO FAST. Thank God my photographer captured it. The pictures of bouquet turned out amazing! I am very satisfied what my bouquet look like. It's not cookie cutter bouquet.
