This is a most disreputable firm. A contract we signed in January 2026 was cancelled today,…read moreSeptember 2026. There was no discussion, no dialogue, just a cancellation of our contract with a promise my down payment would be refunded. After 8 months, this is a highly disruptive event. There is no possible way, at this point, to have my generator installed by the bad weather season. When a business exhibits this kind of behavior and breaks a trust that has been established through a contract and down payment, it establishes itself as disrespectful , untrustworthy, and a liability to anyone doing business with them.

They parked in front of my trash cans on garbage day and were incredibly rude about it. After my…read morehusband moved the trash can to where the garbage truck could get to it, the owner of the truck came over and asked what the problem was. I told him he parked in front of my garbage cans and he gestured and said "I'm installing at this house and there is no room anywhere else. I'm sure they would have gotten the trash anyway." I explained that the garbage truck arm can't reach through his truck, and the man said, "Well I tried to wave and say good morning to that man there [pointing to my husband] and he didn't even acknowledge me. I don't know what his deal is." I cannot believe the disrespect he showed to me and my husband, pointing and going on about "whatever is going on with THAT guy" (my husband didn't see or hear anyone, he didn't ignore anyone, there was nobody around when he moved the garbage can from what either of us could see). If you have the name and number of your business on your vehicle, you shouldn't block city services or try to argue and talk badly about the neighbors. I'd never hire these guys if they offered to work for free if that's how they talk about people they don't even know after inconveniencing them.

I'm not a customer, a neighbor is, and while on a service call, this tech bypassed the correct driveway, went down ours, passed another sign with our house number and proceeded to pull up to our house and take the panel off our generator power supply. - Did he confirm the address? No - Did he go to the front door to identify himself and the work he was there for? No - Did he put everything back once he realized his mistake? HELL NO - Did he tell his company and my neighbor what happened? Yes - Did he admit he left the panels off the box? No, he told everyone he "thought" he put them back. Pro tip Sparky, unless you have a license to think, MAKE DAMN SURE you put them back. The terms "violation" "trespassing" and "breaking & entering" come to mind. We've been having thunderstorms all day, I'd hate to think what would happen with a lightning strike, probably lose my whole home. The phrase "don't come near my property or do it AYOR" comes to mind. In calling the office, we got apologies and excuses. You know what, stop after apologies and you're better off. Don't contact us again. 0/10 recommended, if I could give zero stars, I would.
