"Dependable Dave" once again came through for us this time he did the Roof Patio Driveway and Walkway and all for $ 375 which I consider reasonable specially as he worked through a S Florida Thunderstorm to boot! Plus would not send me pictures. I had to send a neighbor over to sweep out the garage and remove the tiles from the boxes to dry them out. When I called him and sent him the pictures from my neighbor, he was rude and didn't want to be bothered. Yes, I paid him and said he no longer had access to our community as I reported him to the HOA, along with pictures and his rude texts. I would never recommend or use him again... total shame.

I tried to contact them one time a day for a week (phone call, text messages and emails) with no response. The best i received was a text message stating some one would contact me soon. I called groupon who walked me through the process of booking an appointment. Keep in mind no one from the company ever contacted me as the appointment was made online. My appointment was for today at 8 am. The company is very good about sending out automated emails about your appointment as I received an email probably once a day confirming the appointment. I am home today expecting them. It is now 11 am and no one showed up or called or contacted me in any way. I called groupon to see what they can do and they've escalated my case but I won't receive a reply for 2-3 days. At this point i'm home waiting for someone that i guess is not coming. I've called the company twice this morning with no response from them and have turned to giving them a bad review to try and save others. Sad to say i also had other work i would have liked them to do. I would give them zero stars if i could.

DO NOT HIRE unless you want your paint to start chipping around your house and landscaping killed!!…read more I hired this company yesterday to pressure wash my roof, and specifically asked for him not to use chemicals during the cleaning because we just had new $5000 landscaping put in and are about to list our house for sale. Despite my ask, he used chemicals and our brand new landscaping 24 hours later is dying rapidly. Also, our garage door has fading marks and paint chips all over it despite being freshly painted a couple weeks ago. It's going to cost me more to fix all the things he ruined than it cost me to hire him, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE!!! Go find another company that will keep their word. I've had my roof pressure cleaned before and they didn't use chemicals and it looked great...there is absolutely no need to use chemicals.
