He was dedicated to the job u til it was done. I saw a few spots and I asked him about (really stained spots from some rust/chemicals that were caused by me. He tried multiple times (going above what I thought would get done) to try to clean up the spots. They came out looking great. I know I will be using him again later in the year. I needed to get my roof cleaned because of a city citation. Everything started out great…read more Responsive, reasonably priced, open schedule, respectful, seemed like a good kid. I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. Elisha did just that! He came back, recleaned, and made everything look extra sparkly. The picky city compliance officer passed the inspection and said it looked great. I want to especially thank Elisha for his dedication, professionalism, and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make an awkward situation end in a great experience. Good kid, good service, give him a shot!

I originally just wanted my roof cleaned because it was very dirty. I was having severe issues with…read moremy home owners insurance as well as with the HOA (which in my opinion is a plague on everyone's existence). I did what everyone else would do and got a lot of quotes for the work. A lot of the quotes I received were to just pressure wash and clean my roof. I started to get an idea of how much this was going to cost. When I contacted Affordable Pressure Cleaning, they gave me an estimate based on my home address and what was available in the Broward County public information. It was the best price thus far. Then he gave me an estimate to pressure wash and clear the entirety of the exterior of my house (extras included my patios (front and back), the screen enclosure for my pool, my windows, and the exterior side walls of my house. The price for everything altogether was comparable to the prices everyone else offered for just my roof. Given the 5-star reviews online and the awesome deal proposed, I hired Affordable Pressure Cleaning. They did what they said they were going to do and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for you for your cleaning needs.

I called the number here on Yelp and spoke to a gentleman who asked for some pictures of the job. He gave me a quote and scheduled a date for service a couple of weeks later. Could easily have been my mistake. He says he will call me when they are coming. The next day, there is no word from anyone. I sent a text the following day asking for an update and that text has yet to be answered. Deadline was quickly approaching so I had no choice but to find another company (who quickly and happily completed the job in 2 days.)

He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. Nothing. While I can't comment on the quality of his work, and certainly can on his character. I would recommend him to anyone.
