The problem surfaced when they came out to plant two tic seed plants that they owe'd us, since when the planted in very early spring the tic seed was not available. So when we tried to get them to replace the two bushes that died, they said we have records that we did replant. We tried to tell them, no you planted the tic seed of which we paid for and were owed, but two other bushes had died. Then they asked we take pictures and send it to them, which we dis 3 to 4 separate times. In the end we never got the guaranteed plants replaced. Spent thousands of dollars with these people. Horrible, you will be better served by staying away from these guys.
