He then sat in his work truck and drew out a complete detailed estimate including how many sections and posts ect would need to be included. They also worked with me on the price since i had already gotten several other estimates on paper. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and Kevin worked with me and took his time to change the estimates and drawings. As for the install , they showed up on time with everything they needed , a complete crew to do the job. I spoke to the workers and made sure everything was as I wanted, they listened and gave feedback and didn't mind me watching the project go up. In conversation it seems most of the installers have several years experience installing fences and or with Carls. They also did a great job cleaning up my property when they were complete. I am going to add to my project in the future , and my neighbor liked the finished project so much he is replacing his fence too.

Brick By Brick Pavers and Landscaping Review by Sam Davidson…read more In May of 2020, I had Jerry and his crew at Brick by Brick do a project for me. They responded to my initial email about building a deck for my home using Trex composite board within the same day then called the next. Though they're about an hour away by car, they visited then provided a quote within a week. They asked a bunch of questions regarding my future plans which included possibly having a heavy-ass built-in bar/grill so that they could supply appropriate support for all the weight. Within a couple of days, they provided a 3-D electronic rendering with my color and style choices, which I approved after some minor tweaks. Based on their portfolio, my 20 x 18 ft deck was one of their simpler projects but they treated it like their most important. They invited my family to their showroom to see examples and possible additional features like accent lighting, sound systems, hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and furniture. The Barrett team including Gus, the owner, treated us with warmth and NO high-pressure sales tactics. While we discussed the project, they accommodated my toddler daughter with toys she loved. They completely handled all the town permits and finished the deck on schedule. Everything we wanted, they nailed.
