He then sat in his work truck and drew out a complete detailed estimate including how many sections and posts ect would need to be included. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and Kevin worked with me and took his time to change the estimates and drawings. As for the install , they showed up on time with everything they needed , a complete crew to do the job. I spoke to the workers and made sure everything was as I wanted, they listened and gave feedback and didn't mind me watching the project go up. In conversation it seems most of the installers have several years experience installing fences and or with Carls. They also did a great job cleaning up my property when they were complete. I am going to add to my project in the future , and my neighbor liked the finished project so much he is replacing his fence too.

Office staff was very helpful. Then met me there a week later. It's my summer house. He was very professional and helpful. Where my other quote made it seem like a pain of a job, John made me feel like no big deal. Its a house on a lagoon. He had to run the fence down the side of house and up and over the dock. My reason for getting fence was to keep my dogs in the back yard. It had to have no gaps on the dock or the yard where fence meets the ground. His installers were professional and very nice and really did a great job on the dock part which was different levels. Was not a straight shot to the dock. Hard to explain on paper.
