If you have even the slightest smidge of self-respect, stay away from this company at all costs! I…read moream appalled by the carelessness and the incompetence of this company. I had to CHASE after them to PLEASE take my money and wrap me up in a 3-year contract since 10/31. Their sales professional was originally accommodating and met with us on November 3rd. He said he'd have a meeting with his supervisor the following day at 9:30 am and would get back to me regarding the discount. I had to be the one to follow up with him on Tuesday to see if he got the answer, and he replied with the information. On Wednesday, November 6th, I supplied the information that he requested, included three names and phone numbers to place on the account for contact. On November 7th, I pointed out that the same phone number got listed twice and only the area code got properly updated. I pointed out the correct phone number, as well as asked several questions about the contract. Even with me sending the screenshots of the areas in question with detailed questions attached, my questions kept getting ignored. Out of the three outstanding questions, only one would get answered. Upon me pointing that out, he'd ask me what the other two questions were, so I had to resend them again. The next day, instead of fixing my husband's phone number, he asked me again what it was and said that he'd give him a call. Upon me asking why he'd be calling my husband, he replied, "I thought you said, give him a call". And this is after me pointing out that my husband's number simply needed to be corrected on the contract...three times. That left one question remaining, which was like pulling teeth. That took us to Saturday, November 9th. I numbered the remaining questions and said that I'd really like to get that done and move on to the next step. Finally, I heard from his supervisor on November 11th, and he had a list of questions from the sales professional that weren't even mine. He got all of my questions answered and followed up with an email, confirming that my "installing technician is scheduled to arrive between 9-12 on Tuesday Nov 19." I scheduled other appointments specifically for this day to make myself available for their technician, which included a deep cleaning appointment costing $1,440 that I would have, otherwise, scheduled for a different date, which would have worked out better and allowed the contractor that's touching up the house to finish his work, eliminating the need to get the floors re-cleaned. It's November 19th, at 10:30 am, and I still haven't heard from anyone, so I contacted Ronnie, the supervisor, asking if the technician will still come in as planned. That's when he confirmed that the ball got dropped and said that the sales specialist would reach out to me, but assuring me that they would make things right. When I talked to the sales specialist, he said that the next available date for them was November 27th, the day before Thanksgiving, and that they would give me a whopping three months of services free of charge (a value of less than $200). It'll cost me more than that just to have the floors re-cleaned, now that I scheduled the deep cleaning for today instead of next week, just to accommodate Titan's schedule, let alone my time as the Owner & CEO of two companies! My time completely got disregarded! When I was talking to Ronnie, he mentioned that they would give me 2-3 months of free services, so that's even one month less than what the sales specialist was quoting me. I said that there were two ways to make things right: (1) have a technician still show up today, even if it was much later in the day or (2) forego the cost of the add-ons ($1,037.50) to compensate me for having to re-clean the floors and my time. He immediately said that he couldn't do that, so I informed him that he can rip up all of the contracts and that we're done. If you value your sanity and security, for the love of God, do yourself a massive favor and go with another company! I wouldn't trust this company with a hamster, let alone securing my house!

I had an appointment today from 8:30-12:30 with several reminder texts of an upgrade on my alarm…read moresystem. They came from Brinks Security. A bout 11am I saw on a map that the tech was a block over & "on his way". Its 5pm & still he is not here. I contacted Brinks with quite a delay. They said that Titan is OVERBOOKED & had rescheduled for the 24th (2 days from now) but still overbooked so not for that day either. I've been without an alarm for 5 weeks. I guess I stay home for another 5 weeks & see if anyone shows up? Don't use this company. They are a joke.
