Now I will admit I was 10 minutes late myself because I had a doctors appointment right before my appointment to get my taxes done that took longer than expected. However, I did tell them when I scheduled the appointment the week before that I had to see the doctor that morning and that there was a small possibility I would be a few minutes late. I also called to let them know I would be a few minutes late and got an answering machine to which I left a message, but I did not receive a call from anyone that Nikia was running late. Just being honest and giving my compliments and suggestions, but no harm done and overall Nikia did a great job and I was very happy.
