He listens to what I want and I believe him when he says it's just advice and that it's my choice on what to do. In my experiences, especially with money, a lot of people seem to get upset when you don't follow their advice even when it's not their money. So that is refreshing. I've been with Edward Jones, Jeff Osborne, at the Newport News, VA since 2009…read more I've always found him to be a bit short and rude but today took the cake. I called Jeff today for some financial advice. At the end of our conversation he referenced my conversation with his assistant that I had 10 days ago in which he accused me of being rude to her. When I tried to share my side he yelled at me, told me to take my business elsewhere and hung the phone up. This is not acceptable! So I will be taking my business elsewhere. Stay away from Jeff Osborne at Newport News, VA.
