His past experience working in an emergency room, with sex offenders, and in private practice for a number of years, along with his degrees in psychology, human development, and social work, give him wisdom and perspective that is unmatched. I trust Fred. He has worked with several members of my family. He tries to keep some humor in his practice so things aren't so heavy, because when people are depressed and anxious, a little lightheartedness can be a great thing. I have been seeing Fred for PTSD, bulimia, anxiety, codependency, and more, as well as seeing him with my husband for a while for marriage therapy. I can't recommend him highly enough. I had a friend who was looking for some help for his young adult son who had crippling mental health issues, and I told him I had the best therapist ever. He decided to look into it. My friend came back to me a couple months later and said that finding Fred had changed their family's life. He was beyond grateful for the recommendation. I caused a lot of suffering to those I love and care about. I lost all faith in myself and experienced profound suffering for many years. Many of the people who care about me lost all hope in me.
