This morning, I got a call from a tenant who let me know her heat quit working last night and her house was freezing this morning. I was so worried when she told me she didn't have heat because she's a retired woman with some health issues. I called Justin right away. I was hoping we'd get lucky and maybe he could research and provide a quote today, and maybe he might be able to squeeze in some time tomorrow or maybe over the weekend to get everything fixed. Well, he did what he usually does... He exceeded my expectations by figuring out EVERYTHING, and then getting ALL THE WORK DONE the SAME DAY I called! As usual, truly amazing.
