Grant Pecoff is one of my favorite artists and bought one of his wonderful books as a gift for a friend back home. Hadn't planned to buy anything for myself but when I saw the original watercolor by the artist Coco, it stopped me dead in my tracks. The painting brought back wonderful memories of living in Miami growing up and bobbing happily in the surf for hours. It's called "The Cure" and knew I had to have it. It's now home with me in Colorado and will bring me joy every day! The owner of the The Bright Side (Kate) seems very knowledgeable and was so sweet in working with me to buy the painting.

Clearly Amy and her husband have eclectic taste. My wife and I saw a painting by Jennifer Prince, whose work we had seen previously in another gallery. The piece we had wanted to buy had sold. Amy was gracious and offered to see if the artist would make a similar piece for us-all within 5 days as we were visiting Kauai.
