He then states that you have the wrong date! He did apologize some time later and admitted his mistake. We had to reschedule, find a date convenient for the family, and do it again. But they were kind caring just overall nice people and I know it's probably part of their job and part of their business but you know not really some people just are not meant for any job but these people are almost like you were family and they were treating you with such respect it was wonderful. I went back today but not to the funeral home but to go to the services as a church and then later to the cemetery and I just saw how wonderful they have done such a great job.

Our company president is a veteran, and if someone states up front that the marker is for a member of the armed services, we make sure the customer understands that the government will provide that marker to them at no charge. Above all, it is always our intention to be as helpful as possible, and if anyone feels we haven't done that, we welcome them to get in touch with us directly to make things right. We are so very grateful that we did. We met with the Funeral Director, Lisa, immediately. She was very knowledgeable & walked us through every aspect of the arrangements & answered any questions we had along the way. We had another employee, Stephanie from Waitt met us at the Church & the Cemetery & was extremely kind & helpful at both location. I can't say enough about Waitt, as well as both Lisa & Stephanie. When my…read moregrandmother passed this January we were all at a loss but when Waitt said they had the availability we were able to get the ball rolling. We worked with Stephanie and she was AMAZING! IF I COULD GIVE HER MORE STARS I WOULD! The funeral home is open 24 hours so when we had questions in the evening she would call us back immediately. The funeral home offered complimentary live service for those who couldn't attend due to COVID! A service other homes don't provide. We made meal kits for our guests since we couldn't have a traditional reception. Stephanie offered to have her team pass it out to cars on there way out of the cemetery. She was very flexible. I hope it is a long time until we need their service again, but when the time comes we'll be going with Waitt Funeral Home again and asking for Stephanie!

Our local one came in with the cheapest cremation costs. A friend recommended Casper and it was almost half the cost from what our family funeral home quoted us. That was with a discount as well! I had multiple phone calls with them and they were able to assist me even though I was in California. I mostly spoke with Jake and Colton during this process. When I arrived Saturday was the only day I could go down and we had a snowstorm the day prior. Roads were pretty bad and they were able to accommodate me even though they had a service going on. Parking can be a nightmare there, I parked a few blocks away near a barber shop. I would recommend this place to everyone!! I was truly blown away by their service and empathy.
