They are the most compassionate, understanding, detailed, hardworking group of people that I've ever encountered in this industry. Four hundred people attending the Celebration of Life services and at least 300 of them couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was and how personal it was. It was a great send off for my Dad. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this funeral home to other people. We have been using Delaney for three generations and they are top notch. Always!

They were very accessible leading up to and after the services - they always returned phone calls quickly and answered questions thoroughly and accurately. All parties involved were so kind, caring, and helpful, and it made a very difficult time into a bearable one. All the staff were very attentive to our needs and made it a smooth and seamless process. The funeral home itself is very comfortable, well-maintained, and intimate, with plenty of seating room. Photos and flowers were beautifully displayed, and they accommodated all personal mementos that we requested to have displayed as well. They had military service casket back-drops available, which . Transition from the funeral home to the cemetery was very smooth - Alex and his sons did a great job with that. At no point did my family ever feel rushed in our decisions, and we were allowed as much time as a needed to grieve at the funeral home. We cannot say enough about how accommodating they were from start to finish. Our family would highly recommend this funeral home. They did a phenomenal job. Thank you so much. (My father and family have used the Carroll Thomas Funeral Home in Hyde Park in the past; we chose the Walpole location as it was closer to where we live. Again we highly recommend either location.)

My family had previously used the "other" funeral home in Dedham and had a less-than-positive experience. When our latest loss occurred, we decided to venture elsewhere. Donna, Lauren and Brian gave our family first-class, top-notch service. Most of all, they honored the member of our family the way that we wanted, and the way she would have wanted. It is the worst experience in the world to lose a family member. Folsom Funeral Services made the experience as bearable as possible. Thank you.

I am writing my review for May Funeral home after it was purchased by the Folsom family. When my father passed away, we called May-Folsom to fulfill a pre-paid funeral contract that had been purchased earlier. In short, the experience could not have been better. We dealt primarily with Brian Folsom and Donna Arthur. Both were always professional, working with the family to see that the wake, memorial service and internment went off seamlessly. Like many public events, there is much work involved in the funeral process that goes on behind the scenes. May-Folsom anticipated every need, was always there during the wake, memorial service and internment, often not visible, but always there. Brian and Donna were easy to communicate with, quick to respond to my questions - in person, by email, or by phone. I could not be more pleased with the funeral services that May-Folsom provided for my family.
