I was scheduled for a procedure and needed a new doctor right away to do my pre-op. Dr Copen was perfect -- doing all the tests and signing off on the authorization. The phone never gets answered. Never. Messages are returned with great delay, if at all. Prescriptions are routinely transmitted incorrectly. Mistakes stay in the records, to be repeated again and again. Nobody in the office, including the doctor, seems to know how to operate their computer system.
