She took her notes & spoke to Dr Boctor. A few hrs later, she called me back with detailed info & let me know that a prescription was called in. Her business manager has a split personality - all lovey in front of the Doctor, but otherwise a nightmare to deal with. She refuses to employ a receptionist, which she desperately needs. The phone never gets answered. Never. Messages are returned with great delay, if at all. Prescriptions are routinely transmitted incorrectly. Mistakes stay in the records, to be repeated again and again. Nobody in the office, including the doctor, seems to know how to operate their computer system. I endured two years of incompetent treatment here. Now I'm gone. I suggest you stay away as well.

Unfortunately, the office staff is about as rude as it gets so its impossible to get an appointment. After getting the office voicemail for an entire week, I stopped by in person to make an appointment and the woman at the desk (she's an older woman, possibly the manager) scoffed at me that they were too busy checking people in to make appointments. She asked why I didn't call and I told her I called every day for a week and kept getting the voicemail. I said I was happy to wait and she proceeded to talk about me to the rest of the ladies behind the desk saying. There's no window to close or anything, so the entire room could hear her. I was so embarrassed that I left.
