I had been looking for a siding company for a while and was relieved to find a company that came highly recommended from a friend. I could tell from the first meeting I had with them that they were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, and their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other company I had talked to! We live hours away from their headquarters, but they had no problem traveling to us. If I had not known someone who had already used them, I might have been worried that it was too good to be true, but they delivered in every aspect. They were meticulous in their work, and their attention to detail was exceptional. We were so impressed with the siding, soffits, and fascia, that we decided to have them give us a quote for gutters as well, and we added that to the project. I have since found out that in addition to windows and siding, they have crews who can do any kind of construction work, and we plan to have them back to help us with the other projects on our house, including new windows, in the future. I would trust them with any job at this point, and I don't think anyone else can beat their prices. I recommend them to anyone looking at any construction job. But all those became irrelevant once we started working with True Value World window and siding. The owner was out there day one answering questions explaining all about the windows and giving us our quote. Profesional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their pricing blew the others out of the water! He presented us with options and we decided on the platinum windows which we are in love with. True Value World were extra quick to order the windows. We signed the contract for work, payed the down payment, they handle the city permit and within 2 weeks we were ready for install .. which took 1 day for 14 windows! They stand behind their work and commit to addressing all if any issues! The windows look amazing and with the lifetime warranty I feel sure of the decision to buy. Contacted several and met with them. Phil Foster and his wife came out for a initial inspection. Their professionalism is what sold me. We told them what we wanted and they gave bids for each thing as well as adjusting if we wanted changes. They also provided recommendations. But will do what you want if possible. They basically redid the exterior of our house. All soffits and vents had to be removed and replaced, most trim, two layers of roofing removed, chimney surround was rotted. Added a new carport and a screened in back patio. New storm doors, caulked all seams before they painted and stained whole house. Wrapped the house in gutters that matched the trim. Maybe not the cheapest but fair pricing. They used quality materials including Hardy material and synthetics and very skilled craftsmanship. Everything turned out better than we hoped. They exceeded our expectations. I am using him again for additional work.
