I decided to use someone else to put my back window in because they only install the same size window over the old frame. they don't actually replace trim or anything. Im truly unhappy with them customer service. though as I said their installer both for the window and siding are the only reason they get any stars. the installers are great. the rest of the chain to get the stuff is absolutely horrid.
